I have had 2 surgeries on my back and I struggle with pain daily. Since the weather has got colder and damper ive been finding it increasingly difficult to walk without a lot of pain so I bought this back support belt in the hope that it would relieve some of the pain, enough for me to be able to take my dog out for his walks. I'm really pleased that I bought it. You can adjust the belt for your own level of comfort which is ideal as some days I need it tighter than others. It definitely relieves some of the pain and allows me to move around for much longer than I'd be able to do without it.

I bought this brace while we were on holiday in the UK. I have osteoarthritis in my spine and a lower back problem too, which was exacerbated after lengthy walks and standing around in museums. It provided great support for me for the duration of our stay in London and I had no problems when we walked in the city streets and were standing for hours in the British Museum, the last museum we visited. I used it on our 2 flights (6 1/2 hours from London to Doha and 9 1/2 hours from Doha to Cape Town) and I actually experienced no discomfort whatever. It still provides good support particularly when I am sitting at my desk typing or in the car going for long drives. I have only had it for three weeks so will write another review after a few months of use.

Good support, and the quality is good, but I did find it uncomfortable to sit down in for long. The velcro straps tended to slip upwards and dig in a bit. Does the job though, and great if you're standing a lot or walking around.

100% comfortable ,Velcro could hold the world together lol ,and super breathable, would 100% recommend to anyone in distress as a real lifesaver for everyday and work use alike

This is very hard to put on and not very comfortable…

I have worn small back supports for many years, that have kept me going. This one is brilliant for gardening etc and for a bad attack. I have worn it for 2 part days and it has nade a remarkable improvement. A superb design and product. I would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable, slim fit and barely noticed under a shirt. Helps support back. Easy to put in & take off. Highly recommended.

Useless fell to bits all sticky bits broke poor designe

Item was delivered quickly and shipped on time. I have severe and chronic lower back problems. Over the y ears I have had several types of back braces. I have discovered that fit, comfort, and effectiveness are essential with these types of items, especially fit which is the main determinant of comfort and effectiveness. The fit was perfect given the fit chart and my size. I wore the item all day and it gave me the relief I was seeking without the unnecessary chafing and sweating. The secret I think is its outstanding width. The unit covers most of back and provides support and a comfortable warmth to many of those small muscles in the back which can be painful. The Velcro straps sit flat and hold firmly. More importantly the item does not double over, slide up or down, and roll over like others I have tried. Very good product, I highly recommend it.

Perfect belt for a bad back. Do not use 24/7, but when you need that little extra something to soften the lifting on your lower back. Fits and adjust seamlessly

I get a pinching pain in the lower back from bending while shoveling, raking. any task that involves bending and rising frequently. I find when I use this belt the pain is not as bad. Though its only been a day; I notice a change already.I find just having it on without pulling the second strap is fine ; then when you get into the nitty gritty pull the secondary strap snug and you really notice the difference. I also like that it is wider in back as many others are not. That is a plus. Highly recomend this belt.
