American-made Haven EX solid wood TV stands by Standout Designs combine premium hardwood lumber (Walnut, Cherry, or Ash), excellent AV features, and outstanding American craftsmanship into beautiful fine furniture. No assembly required. The Haven EX features dovetail drawer boxes, mitered door and face frames, and flush sides. Spacious enclosures each house up to 3 components each. Easy off/on removable back panels, ample wire chase holes, and hidden wheels deliver easy gear management. Vented adjustable wood shelves, vented bottom panel, and vented back panels provide passive ventilation (optional, heat-activated exhaust fan panels sold separately). Media drawers feature movable/removable drawer dividers for flexible storage. The Haven EX 82-inch TV stand hosts a wide center speaker on its open shelf and most flat screen TVs to 90 inches diagonal on its top. Accommodate a high-powered rear-ported center speaker by leaving off the back panel behind the shelf. Standout Designs TV stands are skillfully made and beautifully finished by Pennsylvania craftsmen. Includes IR-remote-friendly tinted door glass and 4 adjustable vented wood shelves each supporting up to 60 pounds. Black units feature satin nickel knobs; others feature oil-rubbed-bronze knobs. No assembly required. Your furniture may vary somewhat from the photos due to grain differences between individual pieces of wood. Cherry wood's natural markings add unique character to each Cherry furniture piece. Colors deepen/darken over time with exposure to air and light. Review: Superb Cabinet - This is an extremely well-made stand and cabinet. Very sturdy construction and attractive wood. I spent a lot of time looking for a stand that could accommodate our new screen, plus a set of high end audio components. This stand filled the bill quite well. it is beautiful and almost perfectly matches the rosewood finish of our Legacy Audio Aeris speakers. It accommodates our new LG 77-inch screen very well. Its fittings are dark and sufficiently neutral that the cabinet can fit either a traditional or modern decor. All back panels are removable for easy set up, and are ventilated for good equipment ventilation. measurements on the listing proved to be accurate. It was shipped safe and sound to the west coast fully assembled, requiring virtually no set up labor other than the equipment itself. The casters are nicely recessed, but also functional across carpet. 20161202 Update: Just to clarify, I actually bought the rose on cherry, NOT the espresso on cherry. Stunning still. It is a wonderful cabinet. It currently houses both audio and video components, and our LG77-inch OLED screen sits on top. Although our carpet is dense, it remains moveable. Just barely. ;-) Finish has held up well, and it looks great next to our Legacy Aeris speakers ion rosewood.
Review: Solid and Intelligently Built, Standout Customer Service - This is the best TV stand I've ever bought. It's solidly built and you don't have to assemble it. It's heavy, which is an indication of the quality, but be warned that the delivery contract just says they have to put it inside your house. You may need to move it yourself to where you want it. Before I bought it I couldn't tell from the pictures, but there are a number of well placed holes to pass wires from one section to another to keep things neat. The cabinet is thoughtfully ventilated. Customer service has been great. Two of the plastic clips to hold the glass in the doors snapped when installing. The owner quickly responded saying they could be reattached, but he said 4 clips were going out in the mail. I also asked about the military discount I read about on their website AFTER I had already received it. He sent me a check for a 5% refund!

This is an extremely well-made stand and cabinet. Very sturdy construction and attractive wood. I spent a lot of time looking for a stand that could accommodate our new screen, plus a set of high end audio components. The best piece of furniture I own. Solid construction. Looks great, even from the back. Has all the holes to run your cables and well vents to allow heat to escape. Rolls forward easily to access back and clean under.
