I had a pretty bad 7" wound on my leg - was in hospital for 5 days when it became infected. They started using this on it to clean it between bandage changes and it cleared the infection. I also had home nursing daily to change dressing and they also loved using this product. It does not sting at all - and the results I got were more than terrific. I highly recommend this for general wound care - scrapes, cuts, etc. It takes care of flushing out any dirt as well as helps the wound heal faster. It doesn't take a lot, so I think the cost is minimal compared to other items sold for the same purpose. Definitely try it - it's worth every penny spent.

There are now more products available to clean up the wound, protect it, and with the new silicon bandages, I can reduce the stress of attending to these ongoing problems. This product is one of the new things added to cleaning wounds that helps take proper care. Instead of freaking out and stressing out and having to make an appointment asap to have a professional take care of the wound, I now have a reasonable routine with products that enable me to do what needs to be done. This product is one of new products that I use to keep the wound protected. There are several other products also available on Amazon to protect the wound, and there are these new silicon bandages that prevent any sticking to the wound. The seal around the edges also keep the wound dry, which means I can take a shower and change the dressing as needed. I really recommend checking out these new products available on Amazon. I am also grateful that products are delivered rapidly. It has reduced a fair amount of stress in my life. When my skin started getting wounds I had to have a nurse make home visits to attend to my wounds several times a week. Now I can take care of these wounds myself.

One of the best wound cleaners for Hidradenitis Suppurativa on the market! My skin is very sensitive so I have to be careful with what products I use. I almost exclusively use this for my HS as it is gentle yet leaves me feeling throughly clean.I dip a few drops on a cotton ball and hold it to the wound for about a minute and that has helped my HS wounds to heal faster.Excellent product and I will be back to buy more! Works well to really clean a wound, reduce the bacterial load, and not sting or burn. Same wound solution used in the hospital. We clean all our wounds with this solution to decrease the risk of infection and it has been very effective.

I was very happy with this product. It was recommended to me by a nurse for surgical wound care. My wound healed up nicely with no infection or other wound complications.It doesn't sting, it drys quickly allowing bandaging to be applied almost immediately after use.

I've been using this is a high quality wound cleanser in recent months with very good results. It's great for scrapes, cuts, mild burns and for pressure sores. Each time a bandage is changed I put Vashe on a piece of general purpose medical gauze (fully damp to wet, but not dripping), place it on the wound & surrounding area, and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes then gently pat the skin dry. It does not sting! No infections for me, and faster healing than previously.It's a liquid with a bottle top that lets you drip a few drops at a time or more if you want. Even if you used it once a day it should last many weeks. The name is pronounced "vash", (like wash) without the e.
