Analysis of Repeated Measures (Chapman & Hall/CRC Monographs on Statistics and Applied Probability)

I am dealing with a situation in which the same variable will be recorded at four times on each subject in the study. This is a repeated measures design. So I bought this book to guide me through the exercise. The authors are well known statisticians; the book is not too long; it is not too technical for me - but I want to understand the mathematical theory about the model so I expect some technical material; the authors have many practical tips for the applied statistician; and occasionally it makes me laugh out loud (which can be embarrasing).
