I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Performance Whey Protein (Chocolate Milkshake flavor) for a few weeks, This is my 2nd order and overall it’s a good product. Pros: Provides around 24g protein per scoop, which is effective for muscle recovery Mixes well in both water and milk, no lumps Taste is good slightly sweet but enjoyable for daily use Feels light on the stomach and digestion is fine Cons: Authenticity verification can be confusing, so it’s important to buy only from an authorized or optimum nutrition website. Final : This is a solid whey protein for beginners and intermediate gym goers. It offers good quality at a reasonable price.

This is my 1st ever protein powder and I had a good experience with this. I had it with water only and taste was good. It really helped my workouts because I was feeling the small improvement in muscle growth and also lesser pains at night. The only downside is each scoop has around 110mg Cholesterol

It is not pure protein powder, very easily dissolvable but infact real protein powders are not dissolvable easily. It does not feel full after having the protein. I have had the box one earlier and it was different than this one. This is not real protein. Also it is too sweet to consume. Previous box was good, this new pouch seems fake protein.

Tried this protein supplement by optimum Nutrition performance whey and it taste good , no bloating issue. Mix well in cold water . Budget friendly and it has 24 gm of protein.

All ok, but this tastes sweet..

I've tried several Protein powders, Personally liked the muscle blaze more than ON, since the overall taste is not upto mark. Otherwise it is good, no digestion issues as such.
