Simple piece of equipment that has versatility. Well made. If color matters, gray is nice.

I already had resistance bands, but water a bar to use for weight training and golf exercises I’ve watched on YouTube. This bar works for my needs quite well. It’s high quality, strong and sturdy. I like that I can alter lengths for different exercises. Also very convenient for taking on trips, but adds weight (I don’t think I’d fly with it). I’d recommend this product and would buy again.

This exercise bar is great! But it was totally useless to me because I received two male thread ends and because of this I could not assemble it completely. There is supposed to be a female end, male end, and a male/female center section. I got a refund and will be ordering another so hopefully they don't screw it up again.I was planning to use this bar for bondage play and it seems very sturdy and heavy and the intimidation factor is great. The swivel ends are nice and well constructed. I like the firm foam padding too because it adds a bit of cushion in case the giver accidentally steps on or kneels down on top of the bar so it's less painful. I wish there was a way to add additional fastening points near the middle where hands could be locked to, but that may just require a little DIY drilling and tapping some threads for eye bolts.

This has a great addition to my home workout! I use it for my band workouts!

I use this bar almost every day with my stretch bands connected to the ends. There are numerous effective stretches, particularly for golf, that I can get using this bar and the bands. I especially like the padded handle. It will last a long time and is a great addition for my home gym.

Joints fit together tight and firm. Works great!

Having the option to make this a shorter bar worked perfectly for use with resistance bands on my workout bench. Now I can exercise my biceps while doing sit ups by using 2 50lb stretch bandsattached under my bench. Beats using dumb bells. Lots of uses in full size as well. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This bar is super easy to use and quite strong, albeit a bit heavy. Length is adjustable by taking the middle section out and screwing the two end sections together. I use it for back work mostly like pull downs and rows. I even put it between two dip bars and do suspended rows under it using my bodyweight. Super strong. Foam is a good thickness, not too chunky to grip. Minimal noise from the pivot points during use which is a plus. I just want it to be a bit easier to lengthen or shorten quickly during a workout, you kinda just have to determine if you want it long or short pre workout as adjustment on the fly isn't fast.
