A little bit of dust inside package but other than that, perfect. ETA: (EDIT TO ADD) After using product for some months, very inconsistently may i add..... It has done wonders! Keep your manhood intact with these amazing rings. Just make sure to lube them well with the coconut oil, before and right when you're about to remove them. Gradually increase in size as you go and you will see that it works very well! Avoid going to the doctor..... They arent there for your health, only for your money and to "practice". Atleast the vast majority of them..... Remember the coconut oil has a almost room temperature harding temp. If you practice a clean environment, it should smell like it once did and may harden or liquify around that 75-77 degree range more or less.

I bought this product just about 2 weeks ago and it has worked for me so far. I went from 6mm to 16mm in those 2 weeks. Make sure to lather on coconut oil all thru out the day and their cream to keep the area very well moisturized and stretchy. I hope it continues to work and my phimosis should be gone in a month or so hopefully. Don’t try to overstretch either this will be very painful and can tear the skin and cause inflammation

I should have taken a picture of it, but the first package i opened had little hairs inside. For a health related product I would’ve hoped it would arrive clean. See the other user’s review with a picture for reference as my experience is similar. Unfortunately I need them, and they seem the most reasonably priced INCLUDING a metal tool so im soaking them and the tool in alcohol before use. If you are desperate like me then it might be worth it, otherwise look elsewhere. Might end up asking for a refund.

Little difficult to use

This item worked for me. I upgraded roughly one ring size per week but i work from home so its easier for me to ware it frequently. About 5 weeks to see the full head! Best product in Amazon that i have ever purchased. P.S. i did not use any steroid cream. My doctor warmed me about it and i ended up not needing.

Very hard and uncomfortable to install. If somehow you manage to install and have it fixed, I guess it will work after a period of time.
