Fit perfectly
Fit the Pioneer car stereo perfectly and installed into my Honda Pilot. Easy-peasy, no problems. Take a look at the photo.

works, fits well
For 2005 Honda Pilot put in a new navi system (double DIN) to replace original stock system. This kit with the two side brackets and front trim piece worked great. You will also need a plug to mate up the plug from the car to the wires from your new system, also available on Amazon. The side brackets are plastic, original were metal, but they seem to work OK. Directions that are included are good but if you want more info and people's hand on experiences do a google search for something like Honda Pilot double din install and you will get linked to some very useful info. If you are putting in a navigation system as I did be very careful that your satellite receiver that mounts outside of the car has enough cord to get all the way to the head unit. Mine had something like 16 feet but the Pilot is a long SUV and by the time that wire winds all the way from the back on the roof to the head unit you use alot of that length. I had to change the routing to make it work. Other than that test fit your new unit before tightening up these brackets to the side of the unit since the way it sits in the Pilot dash is at kind of an angle and if you get that wrong the trim piece does not really cover the gaps around the new unit properly.
