I only use it for one thing.
I keep a supply of this to amp up my boxed mac and cheese. I use the powder that comes in the box plus a 1/3 cup of this. The flavor is more like real cheddar than what comes in the box, so it adds a little dimension. Makes it a bit more salty but not too much. It does clump a bit so I try to just sift it a bit (make sure it's not already clumped before adding the milk) and some extra stirring will usually do the trick. I've found the perfect recipe to be the normal, called for amount of butter, but double the milk! Also the packaging is not great (it's a non-resealable plastic bag) so I transfer it to a Mason jar when I open it.

A great replacement for the real deal
I have tried every kind of powdered cheese I’ve been able to find for years now and THIS IS THE ONE. I used to buy Kraft powdered cheese in a tube when they made it but have been searching for a replacement in vain for years. I add a little of this to blue box Mac and cheese to make it extra cheesy and it is the best cheese for popcorn that I’ve found! I don’t know how they get away with calling it Kraft because I’m sure it’s not the real stuff, but it’s darn close! Good stuff!

Very good
Yes, this is very close to the real thing. My only complaint is that it doesn't mix as well as the real thing when used with pasta.Visually, the color is spot-on, but texturally this is more of a fine powder, while the real thing is more coarse with larger chalky granules. The smell is very authentic.Definitely happy with this product. It is suitable as an ingredient in non-pasta dishes, such as in Kookaburra Wings, which is why I purchased such a large amount.

There's no place for photos to be added
First off, the package arrived in a sack with no information. It is neon fluorescent orange. I saw that several people used it for mac and cheese which is why I got it, but it clumps up and I have to put heavy cream and Velveeta cheese to make it taste like macaroni. The flavor is more similar to the Cheeto Puffs coating. And it sticks to anything. I'm going to look for a difference powdered cheese because this just does not work. I took several photos, but unfortunately the website will not let me add them. I even tried the app and Google chrome, apparently this manufacturer knows people will post photos and deter others from buying it

Cheese Seasoning
The flavor is like that of the big container of cheese puffs/balls you get at Walmart and yet it's a quickly ending flavor. You get a big punch the moment you eat it and goes away as quickly as it came.Sauce/SeasoningI bought this hoping I could make a sauce (using water since butter and milk are low) but no. You cannot.I used no butter (because I have none to spare) but I did use heavy cream and no matter what it was just liquid mess and the flavor deminished into nothing.I DIDN'T do my Due Diligence and that is my fault. This is infact cheese Seasoning. You simply put it into whatever you want to flavor. We had to use it very heavy handed for the kids to enjoy it.We used it on potatoes, popcorn, broccoli and noodles and it's day two lol. We want to love it, we are trying so hard. We will use it and we will enjoy it. Is there room for improvement, oh heck yeah.I'm thinking about trying to make some bread with this later. Fingers crossedComes, double bagged with sticker label. No ingredients, no nutrition facts, just "Kraft Cheddar Cheese Powder One Pound"

Do you like Cheetos or Kraft or Annies Mac & Cheese
This was a COVID crazy purchase. I love Cheetos and with online recipes, I was able to make Cheetos popcorn and it was fun and tasty. Pop your corn. I made it like regular popcorn without salt - butter and olive oil drizzled over air popped corn then 1/2 C of this cheese powder - put some on and toss and repeat until reasonably coated.

Major let down.
Not AT ALL what I was expecting. I wanted the exact cheese that comes in the little white pouches in the blue box kraft Mac and cheese. This is not it. I immediately noticed that it is a much finer, much more orange colored powder than what I expected. Against my better judgment I opened the bag, cooked up the noodles, and gave it a try. Yuck. Doesn’t taste like kraft Mac and cheese. It just tastes off. Like an off brand version of Mac and cheese. It’s very, very orange. Unsettlingly so. My family loves kraft Mac and cheese-and we love to double the cheese packs. That means we open up 2 boxes, cook the noodles from one box, and use both cheese packs. We’ve got quite a stockpile of leftover uncooked noodles, and I was hoping this would be the perfect way to cook them up and use them! It isn’t. Bummer.
