De Cecco is one of my favorite pasta brands, and this Acini Di Pepe is exactly the quality I expect from them. It tastes authentic, has a nice texture, and is filling without feeling heavy. This size and shape is perfect for soups. It cooks up well and adds just the right amount of pasta without overwhelming the dish. I also appreciate being able to find this variety online, since my local stores do not usually carry it. Overall, this is a high-quality pasta from a brand I trust, and I would happily buy it again.

It's so hard to find Acini De Pepe in grocery stores these days and I can't always get to a proper Italian Importer. Thank you so much for offering this. I sure miss the convenience of NYC where this was everywhere and I didn't have to seek it out, but am so glad Amazon is carrying this quality brand. Beautiful texture and perfect size. This acini del pepe pasta is a must have staple for my house and a great addition to add to your pantry. I enjoy having this on hand all year around. It is especially good for those who get sick or come down with the flu. A simple easy way I like to make it is add water to the pot, wait for the water to boil then I throw in this pasta and for some extra flavor I add in chicken broth powder. Takes about 10-15 minutes to cook. I like to add some vegetables in too. I’ve also used this to make a chicken soup which also tastes great. It makes a great easy and simple meal. I’ve even used this pasta to make a Mac and cheese meal. Cooked the pasta, drained and added cheese, milk and butter. There are so many ways to use this pasta and it is very simple to cook. I would highly recommend this product to everyone. I grew up eating this in soups and will always keep it on hand.

We use this to make pastina. A fruit salad my mother made for family gatherings. Impossible to find in our local groceries. Well worth the cost. Very versatile pasta.

We love these in soup. The texture is perfect- we like them al dente. They cook up nicely in a soup, or in a separate pan. These are great for all ages. The ingredients are clean. This is the real deal!

The pasta is good but unfortunately the packaging needs an upgrade. The pasta fell out of the box and got everywhere. The box wasn't opened, it's just that the pasta is so small it leaks through the seams. Maybe put it in a plastic bag.
