Restaurant Quality
This beef pho is exceptional, replicating my favorite restaurant’s authentic flavors. The rich broth balances spices and umami perfectly, with tender yet soft rice noodles. Customizable with fresh herbs, thin beef slices, beef balls, bean sprouts, onions, jalapeño, and lime – it’s a great value. Delicious alternative to dining out, perfect for cozy nights or meal prep. It’s very quick and easy to make, just 4 minutes in the microwave and not spicy at all. It comes with a packet of Sriracha so heat level is adjustable. 300 calories per bowl which makes it a great low calorie lunch/ dinner base.

Absolutely Delicious!
I never had pho before I had the PhoLicious version of the dish. I saw their TikTok posting and was so impressed and intrigued by their process as well as their small business status, that I ordered a 6-bowl package of chicken pho the same night I saw their post. I went to Amazon to order it. My order arrived within 24 hours. Preparing it just required adding water, opening and adding the flavor packet (dried scallions), the pho flavor cube, and setting the flavor bag in the water so it could be removed after microwaving, and the option of adding either one packet each of hoisin sauce and siracha sauce or both packets, then placing the lid back on loosely and placing it in the microwave, and cooking it on high for five minutes. With the lid just set loosely on the bowl, the pho did not foam up or overflow as it was heated up. I didn't add either of the last two sauces I listed because I wasn't familiar with their flavors. Prepared with just the three main ingredients - the dried scallions, the flavor bag, and the pho cube - it was filling, satisfying, and easy to eat. Included with each bowl of pho is a pair of wooden chopsticks. I used a soup spoon instead of chopsticks because I didn't want to have to wear a bib (no, chopsticks are not a skill I have mastered - yet :) ). Using a soup spoon made eating both the broth and noodles easier and MUCH neater for me. However, because I have Stage 3B damage to my kidneys, I have to limit my salt intake to 2000 mg a day. A whole bowl of the pho, which, admittedly is 2 servings, is 1700 mg of sodium. Not the wisest choice for a day of careful eating. Ah, "Eat half," you say. You just try eating just only half of this warm, tasty, satisfying, oh-so-much-comfort-food, bowl of pho. Once you get started, especially on an empty stomach, it is difficult to stop until you have consumed the entire bowl. For me, this pho was a perfect introduction to Vietnamese food. My daughter educated me about the infinite variety of pho that can be created by the things you add to the dish to personalize it. Note: it does not come with meat. Pho, in its most basic form, is flavored broth and glass noodles. Meat, fish, vegetables, or flavored tofu - each, or any combination of them, can be added to make pho your own. That being said, I really liked this dish prepared according to the directions without either the hoisin or siracha sauces. I really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken pho. It is a perfect winter's day bowl of warm wonderfulness.

Definitely a great pho option
Absolutely delicious. It’s not as good as restaurant style but it is definitely worthwhile to try. We added raw sliced beef and mixed vegetables

Similar to restaurants
Pho is very good. Taste, smell and consistency are great. Also very easy to make in microwave. BUT restaurant pho is still better.

The best!
This is the closest to genuine pho found in a Vietnamese restaurant. The flavor of the broth is right on target. The salt content is high but I suspect that’s true even in a restaurant. The cost is high compared to comparable products but to me it’s sooo worth it! You really need to try it, the “kit” even contains chopsticks!!

Packaging and ingredients not the same anymore!
What happened????? My favorite instant pho. So excited to get my order on a day I’ve had a horrible cold and looking so forward to this tried and true! I opened the first bowl and NO flavor cube! Does NOT taste the same! I thought maybe I had one that got missed. The packaging has been updated since I ordered last winter and now the beef cube no longer comes with the soup and seasonings. Taste is not bad but is no longer the real flavor I have come to love and depend on. More like a ramen I would grab at the store. So disappointed!

Great Tasting Pho!
I had the chance of trying both the chicken and beef pho by PhoLicious. They are both pretty damn good! My favorite is the beef pho! It has a great flavor profile and reminds me of home. I love the idea of the spice bag! I added sliced ribeye and colossal shrimp.
