⚠️ Note to Buyers Please be aware that this is a white-labeled Chinese product. However, it has proven to be reliable and sturdy, so I personally don’t find this to be a concern. 1. Individual Port Control All four ports can be controlled independently. The entire device can also be switched off at once, offering flexible control. 2. Power State Retention The device does not retain its previous state after a power cycle. For example, if ports 2 and 4 were turned off before a power outage, all ports will power on once power is restored. 3. Heating Issue The area where the power cable connects heats up noticeably, likely due to the control module. The exact power consumption of the module(residual power consumption) remains unclear. 4. Build Quality The build quality is decent and appears to be durable. 5. Cable Length The cable length is sufficient and convenient for everyday use. 6. User Manual The included manual is clear and easy to follow, making setup straightforward. 7. Google Home Integration After a power reset, the device reconnects quickly within the Google Home app. 8. Smart Assistant Compatibility Works seamlessly with Google Home. Amazon Alexa compatibility has not been tested personally. 9. UPS Compatibility If you have a home UPS, this device is quite useful. Otherwise, after a power outage, all connected devices will automatically power on when electricity returns. 10. Internet Dependency The device requires an active internet connection to function. If the internet is down, none of the smart features will work. I bought this for TV automation. I plugged in the Alexa echo, TV , speaker, jio STB etc.. So just by a voice command the TV will switch ON. So it serves the purpose finely. This box listen only to 2.4Ghz and Wipro smart* app need to be installed to do reset or reconfigure if u change WIFI password etc.. Its been more than 6 months, like every other electronic devices , sometime it goes unresponsive. A simple power on/off will make it works. So far no issues.

Product looks good and quality is good. But the shutters inside the socket is not flexible enough to easily insert the plug. But its ok. If you’re frequently plugging and unplugging the plug, then i am not sure about the durability of shutter inside the socket Feature i am enjoying 1. Works well with alexa 2. Individual control for each socket as well as with physical button / voice command, all 4 sockets can be controlled in single command 3. Scheduled power on / off ( available for each socket on weekly/daily basis schedules) 4. Count down timer for power on / power off (available for each socket) 5. Power usage monitoring for the power strip. But this feature is not available for individual socket. monitors the usage on entire power strip Cons: 1. Build quality could have been better (especially shutters inside the socket) 2. When controlled with voice commands using alexa, some time alexa is getting response from power strip which alexa was not able to understand due to that alexa will say I couldn’t understand that. But it will socket will turn on. Overall this is good product. If the price of this product is around 1000 its very good value for money. Since not much smat power extension boxes are available in market this is fine

I’ve been using this for 6 months, and already one of the ports has stopped working properly. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t — I have to adjust or wiggle the plug to make it work. One more port is also on the way to become malfunction. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. The sockets feel cheap and unreliable. If it had cost around ₹300–₹500, I wouldn’t have minded replacing or repairing it. But since it’s expensive, I feel stuck using it as long as at least one port works. I didn’t just pay for app control — I also expected the extension board to be solid and durable. Unfortunately, that’s not the case for me. Updated : 18 Jan 2026 Even after repairing it last, it had again a new issue to switch the ports off automatically in 19 minutes. Here’s a clearer, more polished rephrased version: The quality of this extension board is extremely disappointing. I paid almost five times the price of a normal good-quality extension board, only to receive a third-class build. It would be far better to buy five normal good-quality extension boards than to waste money on this overpriced and poorly made product.

It's working as expected. With lots of additional feature through its app

I have been using this Wipro Smart Extension Board for almost 2 years, and until recently, I did not face any connectivity or performance issues. The product quality is good, and compatibility with smart devices was initially smooth. However, suddenly the device started showing offline in the app, and although I can still control it through the Wipro app after reconnecting, it no longer works with Alexa or Google Home, which is disappointing. Additionally, after around 2 years of usage, the smart switch functionality stopped working, though the physical buttons still work fine. Overall, the hardware quality is decent, but the product is not very user-friendly, and smart features seem to degrade over time. It’s good for basic use, but long-term smart reliability could be improved.
