Was looking for this to help with ED. Wrong. Well it did give my member a bit of a pump after 2-3 days. But the side effects are not worth the trouble.. You cant sleep at all if you take the proper dose before sleeping. You feel your heart beating thru your chest at night..which is very alarming. And then the crazy dreams that come with taking this pill.....Then I took a dose during the day and nothing...Did absolutely nothing for the little guy.. And I gave it it a full 3 weeks to try to build in my system... Which is hogwash. If its gonna work it would work in a 4-5 days...Does the blue pill or yellow pill take 3 weeks to build in the system?.. no..correct. So this "building up in your system theory" is just a marketing strategy to get you to stay with the product...I guess I wasted my time and money on this one..I'll keep looking..

I've taken various brands of ginseng over the years, generally whenever I start to get a sluggish feeling at work and need more focus and an overall improvement in my sense of well-being. I found this supplement to be a good choice for me. The capsules are easy to swallow, there is no weird aftertaste, and I noticed no irritating side effects. I would recommend these!

This supplement has Ginseng, Panax, and rice flour in capsule form. You can open the capsule and put it in your drink or food, if you want to. It does give me a boast of energy and the ability to focus, which I need on a daily basis. It doesn't upset my stomach or give me heartburn. I think it's pricey, but I love that it is made in the US.

I regularly use ginseng for the energy and benefits it has for me. This is an American Made bottle of 60 500mg Ginseng Panax capsules which have powdered dried ginseng and rice flour inside the plain clear capsules. The bottle is double sealed as I would expect for a Made in USA product. The recommendation is for 2 caps a day. The capsules can be opened and the powder stirred into a smoothie, yoghurt, or whatever I wish.I tasted the plain powder and can confirm it does have ginseng mixed with rice flour which is acceptable. Check with your health care provider before beginning any nutraceutical supplement. A great deal of ginseng is commercially grown in Wisconsin and Ontario, FYI. The value for these is not as good as it should be. I got these Renew Actives Panax Ginseng – 500 mg Power Supplement for Energy, Performance and Focus – Natural and Vegan Panax Ginseng Capsules – Made in The USA – 60 Capsules, to add to my daily supplements. I am 70 yars old and have been taking Panax Ginseng for several years. I like the dosage amount 500mg and they are easy to take, with no aftertaste. I have to admit, I like that they are made in the USA, fresh stock, but the price is to high.

Seems like good quality, but hard to tell what it's doing if anything.

I wasn’t satisfied with the result. When I finished my first bottle, I thought of keep on going and maybe the second order of bottle will I’ll expect results, but I’m almost done with the second order and I noticed no feeling or experience of what this product describes it would do. In my opinion, it’s not a good value for your money. The product did not deliver, base on my experience.
