WELL WORTH THE PRICE, SUPER SATISFIED I needed a small but powerful PC to help me operate my uniquely designed entertainment system, I needed a device that was browser based that would give me the opportunity to stream specific content to my video wall where I use a 2x2 TV Video Wall Processor HDMI Matrix Controller Splicer Splitter that splits the video over multiple TV’s and the Kamrui AK1 PRO fit the bill, The APK1 was extremely easy to setup and the small size was very easy to hide, It was a huge plus to have Windows 11 pre-installed, This PC is very quick and responsive, there is absolutely no lag whatsoever, I also took advantage of the empty expansion bay where I installed a 2TB SSD drive, The Intel UHD 800 along with the dual HDMI ports were a perfect fit for me because it gave me the ability to run 1 HDMI cable to my 2x2 TV Video Wall Processor so that I could stream my content, while the 2nd HDMI port ran directly to my monitor, so I was able to do my work and stream my content all at the same time with any lag at all. I was very satisfied with the wireless connectivity with the 802.11 ac Dual Band 2.4 & 5 Ghz WiFi, and everything ran extremely smooth, although I preferred to run a direct ethernet cable to the APK1 as a direct connection is always preferred when you have the chance to do so, The APK1 comes with 4 USB ports in total, 2 of them are USB 3,0 and the other 2 are USB 2.0 so there is more than enough ports to connect your USB cameras, printers or any other devices that you would be using. In the end the Kamrui APK1 is a small but extremely powerful Mini PC that can handle just about anything you throw at it, and the best part is that the APK1 is priced well below the other machines out there that offer you less, If you want top performance for a fraction of the price then do yourself a favor and take a look at the Kamrui APK1, I promise you that you won’t be dissatisfied at all, Once you see how great this machine is there’s a good chance you’ll find yourself buying a 2nd one or a 3rd one..

I have used this PC for about four years now, and it is perfect so almost all of my needs. I’m not much of a PC geek— so bear with me. I have been able to play Sim4 flawlessly, Stardew, and Minecraft. I also use this PC to perform school work, perfectly runs! My only note, is to be aware that this PC isn’t meant to run big games. I was super excited to play Palia recently— but it wouldn’t run because it didn’t have the necessary bits and bobs. That is sadly, why I’ve decided to buy a new PC and give this one to my mom. BUT— because this device ran so smoothly and performed all of my needs, I am buying a new PC from KAMRUI. I trust them, and their product was perfect. I just need a little upgrade! Thank you!!

***REVIEW FOR KAMRUI AM21 -- please note which model is being reviewed as the review section contains reviews for multiple products.*** With the 10% discount, I grabbed this 32gb 1tb model at a nice price. Teardown was easy. I replaced the thermal paste, installed Bazzite for Steam gaming, and saved the Windows 11 key just in case. No issues running Steam so far in deck or desktop mode. I wish it had a second fan, the current single fan exhausts upward through the upper side-grilles but could use more active ventilation, but it's such a compact model. No Oculink port but I didn't need one. I am replacing the wifi/bluetooth card -- the current one disconnects enough to be annoying. This PC is being used exclusively as a mini Steam PC. Makes less noise than my GMKTec K8 plus. Update 12/24/2025: the wifi connection cuts in and out on occasion and so I'm replacing the M.2 wifi/bt card with an AX210. Update: 12/30/2025: installed an AX210 wifi/bt card. I previously forgot to mention that setting the front power button to the correct position for re-assembly can be tricky. If you don't the power button goes off-center with respect to the internal switch. For reassembly, make sure the case power button is all the way out (push the inside toward the case shell so the exterior button is seated as far up as possible). Pull the front case panel away, giving a little extra room for the button to seat correctly, then snap the two halves shut. UPDATE April 25, 2026: Still running great! Really impressed with how well this is running Steam. No unit issues thus far.

***UPDATE*** The customer service agent I originally contacted was fired, a new customer service agent contacted me and helped me with a replacement hard drive, I was able to easily replace the old hard drive with the new one and the PC is working again as expected. I am running Ubuntu on the new hard drive and the PC works even better than it did with windows on it. It is nice to know the company stands behind their products! I get that things break sometimes but its the customer service that matters when things happen. I am glad to say I am overall happy with my Mini PC and the customer service I received from the new agent. Only boots to bios and does not recognize SSD to boot to windows after only 4 months! I was really impressed with the mini PC out of the box, but after just 4 months it seems the hard drive has failed! PC will only boot to bios now, inside the bios menu in does not recognize the hard drive at all. I reached out to their customer service as this should be well within warranty period and they responded after 2 days asking me to run some diagnostic tests and reinstall windows, as I do not think they understood my original email to them telling it that it would not boot to windows and only to bios. I was hopeful they were actually going to help me, so I replied back with photos and explaining in further detail that I could not run the tests they wanted me to, sent them a video of the PC only booting to bios and now it has been over a week with no response, I have followed up 3 times now but have not heard anything back!

If you're looking for an affordable and compact PC, this one is a gem. It’s not just budget-friendly but also comes packed with essential features, including an extra removeable expansion bay for adding an extra SSD. I like how this PC does it. Instead of having an empty spot inside the PC, it has a separate compartment that you can remove if you aren't using it. I'm using it right now, because I'm using this as a media server running Jellyfin. I need as much space as possible. Runs Jellyfin perfectly btw. I got the 12gb ram / 256gb SSD version. Edit: 2 years later, this pc is still running my jellyfin server. It's been great. What surprised me most is how much you get for the price. My top highlights are the compact size, fast performance, dual 4K HDMI ports, and plenty of USB ports. The cool LED lighting is a nice touch too! Here’s a quick list of what I like: Nice, simple design with LED lighting Super compact design, with a mounting plate to attach it to vesa mounts Fast SSD storage for quick loading and streaming Dual HDMI 4K ports for a home theater setup Expandable storage—a must-have feature! Four USB ports, 2 2.0 ports and 2 3.0 ports. Good enough for what I'm using this for. Fast Wi-Fi and Gigabit Ethernet The expansion bay is removable, making the PC even slimmer if you don’t need the extra drive. But if you do, you can add a large SSD with ease. Overall, this PC is perfect for anyone needing a compact, expandable system that won’t break the bank. I like it a lot. Highly recommended!

I bought this mini Win 11 PC to replace a 20 year old HP Z600 Win 10 PC, which was at the time a capable engineering workstation. For the price, I figured it was worth a try to reduce the power usage and fan bearing noise of the Z600. And I was right! This tiny PC was super easy to run up as a replacement - I just saved my files from the old machine and copied them to the new one, reinstalled the few apps I have been using, like Outlook and a few others, and it just worked - it is faster and quieter than the old one, and I am super happy with it. For peripherals (apart from the usual USB mouse, keyboard and HDMI monitor) I have a Documate document camera and a Logitec video camera, and they both came up and worked the first time. For audio I use an RME USB audio interface, not the audio jack that is built into the Mini PC - for this reason I can't comment on the performance of the built-in audio - if that is important to you then you should test it yourself. There are few instructions provided with the Mini PC, which is fine since you don't need any - that's a plus. There is a comment that you should not immediately connect it to a network, because then Windows will start doing its auto-update process, which can "take a lot of time". I myself just hooked up the network and let it do its thing before even attempting to use it. I thought perhaps in retrospect it may be that as we all know, Windows updates often break things, so they'd want you to try it first as they tested it, then if Windows broke something you could trace it to that update, perhaps a useful troubleshooting tip, FWIW. In conclusion, as someone who has been running PCs since their inception, I can say that my experience with this tiny inexpensive machine was as good or better than any PC I've used - very impressive. I have not made comparisons with other PCs of this class, I just sort of lucked out with this one, but honestly I don't know how such a thing could be much better at this price point. This PC has been great so far. You have to be careful when looking at the SSD options. This one uses 1 SSD only and the other NVME SSD. One is more expensive then the other. I wish I would have paid closer attention to this. I would have preferred having both ports being NVME compatible. Also the RAM card in it doesn't give you much details, so knowing what other RAM card is compatible is not so easy to tell compaired to others used. I would like to only need to add 1 and not have to purchase 2 to make them work together. The USB ports I had to open the PC up and use a tool to bend the tabs out to get stuff out of the USB ports. The metal tabs inside the USB ports that keep the stuff you plug into them tight are pushed in so far once you put stuff into them they will not come out. The PC functions exactly as expected. I would highly recommend getting a 120mm fan to put the PC on if you can, it will help keep it much cooler and most likely last longer. But this PC does everything I need it to. I have not found any limitations as of yet. It boots super fast, the value for the money is great. I get a full PC capability for a fraction of the price. I have already recommended this product to more then one person and they also have purchased this new PC and really enjoy the form factor. Say good bye to spending $800 for a prebuilt full size or more. I have built my own PC's also and this was a much cheaper option and I get comparible performance. Time will tell. So far using the small form factor of these mini PC's life span has been around 6 years.

Compré esta máquina para las clases en línea de mi hijo y funciona excelente. Me gustó que tiene Windows 10 Pro y no Home como otras máquinas de precio similar. Trae el Windows pre instalado así que no es necesario invertir tiempo en eso. El desempeño es excelente para ejecutar aplicaciones como Office, Teams, Zoom, etc. Tiene 8 GB en RAM y 4 núcleos de procesador. El disco duro es pequeño, pero es de estado sólido y útil para mis propósitos.

Fácil de instalar, veloz y se ve de buena calidad. Sistema operativo Windows 11 Pro. Lo recomiendo para el hogar. Buen precio

Excelente producto, llego antes de la fecha estimada, ya la probé funcionando al 100 y muy compacta, cumple con todas mis expectativas 👍

Lo voy a utilizar como servidor en la casa, lo único que no me gustó tanto es que mantiene una temperatura de 60°C en modo pasivo.
