Nice but one strap started to break within first few months
We bought this for my junior high aged child to use at school. He liked the backpack but after just a few months of use one of the shoulder straps began to rest at the seam. It hasn’t yet fully torn but my son doesn’t really use that strap anymore for fear it might break.I wish we could return for another one but the return window passed with Amazon. So it’s been less than one year and I think that’s not nearly long enough to consider this durable.

Product description is not accurate
One of the things I checked before buying was whether this bag has a side pocket to hold a water bottle. It clearly states that there is in the description, but there is no pocket on either side of the bag. This is really disappointing as I wouldn't have bought this had the product description been accurate.
