Works... might be noisy*
The unit I received has a noticeable ringing, whine noise during use* (with a ALITOVE 300 LED WS2812B strip). I knew going in that this 15A PSU could not fully push through 300 LEDs but this whining is noticeable at night while relaxing (I use the strip as a random variable mood light). Seller was contacted but perhaps did not understand my issue and tried to resolve the inability of driving the 300 LED strip. * [UPDATE]: Due to an issue with the LED strip bought with this PSU, ALITOVE quickly replaced both items. The new PSU is DEAD SILENT. NOTE TO BUYERS: ALITOVE is VERY good with their customer service and went above and beyond to be sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this PSU with one caveat, if your unit whines or rings during use, let ALITOVE know ASAP and they will take care of you. USAGE NOTE: My use case for this PSU is to drive a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VQ0D2TY/ via a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LW1J10W/ This strip is 300 LEDs and needs about 18~20 amps to deliver "Full White" at full brightness (and needs power on BOTH ends of the strip). If you purchase the same "package", just be aware of this limitation (a product of 5v IC LEDs). If your use is "mood/party lighting", this setup is wonderful

Not enough power/unstable for WS2812B
Update 10-8-18: Customer service is working with me to resolve and diagnose the issues. Attaching the power to both ends appears to be solving the issue even without a capacitor as I had to use previously to get it partially functional. They have additionally sent me a working replacement of the two I purchased that have had no issues and did not require the power to be attached to both ends. I purchased two sets of these, returned the first one assuming I was just unlucky. The second set was not much better. Using an Arduino and WS2812B LED strips from same seller and I could get at most 1 change in color before they locked up, I assumed software or some other issue, but I had purchased a PS from them a couple of years ago and it worked fine, no problem even when voltage dropped near the end I could rapidly change the colors/brightness. I was able to get around the issue with the use of a capacitor on the newer ones, but I still could not go past about ~120 brightness depending on saturation before it would lock up while the older one (again same model) would do just fine at bright white, nothing else needed. Not sure if I'll settle or return and try a different brand, but after 4 and none working out of the box I would not recommend.

Should not be 15A rated
I have no issues with the power supply itself. It is all about the provided connecter, which has no markings as to what it can handle. I connected a WS2812B 8 Ring 240 LED circuit. Everything was working great until a programming glitch caused all 240 LEDs to turn on. I did the math, at full load the LEDs will pull at max 12a. I was only like this for a few seconds. Then it all went dark. I was sure I fried the LEDs, maybe the GPIO on the Raspberry Pi 4, never thought (for 2 days) it would be the barrel connector. Even went so far as to order new LEDs from China as Amazon is out of stock on what I need. Fortunately last night it dawned on me to check the connector and low and behold. I have ordered new connectors. Hopefully, they will do better, they are supposedly rated to handle the max output of this bower brick. So I've lost a few days, got new LEDs coming from China. All over a plug that was not rated for the power supply, it came with.

Barrel Jack worthless above 5 amps - Unit Died prematurely
The barrel jack ( and two wire adapter provided) are not suitable for a 15A rated power supply. Using either of the two connectors produced too much voltage drop. 18AWG output wiring is also insufficient for 15A. Should be 16 or 14awg to reduce the voltage drop caused at 15A. Had the first unit less than 1 year and it died ( no output - led blinking on/off). It was not used very much during that year. I have ordered another because I am in a pinch to get my LED display back up running again. As others have stated do not count on 15A output. I am using at only 5 - 8A and it still died premature. Update: Received a second unit and is working for my application at 5 amps( after cutting off the barrel jack voltage drop is manageable). Supplier has been very good about listening to the barrel jack complaint and mentioned 24 month warranty should this new unit fail premature.

Great customer service!
Bought the 5V 15A version to power a set of LED's also by Alitove. This exact power supply was actually linked in the company's description of the LED strip to be used with it. Set it up, verified everything was most certainly wired properly and was happy with my LED strip for about 2 and a half days until it wouldn't turn on. after troubleshooting, the male connector that went into the female piece had plastic on the tip that had melted. Not sure if the issue was in the male connector or the female bit, but I can't get a solid connection with either now. 5V measure coming from the male portion, but only two-tenths of a volt coming out of the female. Edit: Seller got me the right one very soon

I'm rating their customer service
I bought this unit to power a LED strip for my TV Ambience setup; unfortunately, the adapter died 10 seconds after I plugged it in, so this review is for their customer service. I contacted them via email, and they responded quickly. They asked me to send them a couple pictures and do a couple of tests. The unit was indeed dead. Immediately they asked me if I wanted a refund or a different unit sent to my location (International). I asked for a refund and they did so quickly. We all understand that the manufacturing process is not 100% reliable, so it is expected that some units are faulty. Mine was indeed one of those and even though we are sure that these things happen, we are not sure how the company will respond to a situation like this. In this particular case, they delivered. So thank you for that. For those that are planning to buy the unit, you can do so knowing that the company will get back to you.

Works great for my 264 LED project
I own many Alitove products and keep coming back for more. All their products I've received have been flawless and this PSU is no different. I've been putting it under heavy load for a while now and it's working great. Highly recommended.

Not a 5 V 15 A power supply
I was skeptical at first when I read several customers reporting that this power supply did not work for them with the Jetson Nano, which is what I wanted to do with it. So I thought I'd go with the 15 A version to be on the safe side. I want to use the full clock rate of the GPUs, so I use the MAXN mode of the Jetson Nano, in which the unit itself can draw up to 4 A. However, this current do not include any current that USB peripherals or an optional fan might require and the USB 3 connectors are rated for up to 900 mA each---the current requirements for an optional fan with only 100 mA are almost negligible in this context. All in all, and even if not all USB 3 connectors draw maximum current (which would be VERY unlikely), the current requirements could still well reach 6 A or so in a fully configured system with USB disk, fan, and all. So, as mentioned above, I went for the 15 A power supply to have more than 100% buffer. It works for my requirements, but I got curious and measured the output and attach the results here as a "photo." I only went up to about 3 A with my measurements, as this shows what I wanted to show. Of course, the load was strictly ohmic. What the graphic shows is not what I would expect from a 15 A power supply at all - this curve should be flat until very close to the current limit of 15 A; then it can drop rapidly. As is plainly visible, the curve is not flat and the voltage drops fast long before it reaches the 15 A current! I still gave it 2 stars because it (barely) works for me, but it certainly does not meet the 15 A specs. Of course, if all you want to do is light up some LEDs (OK, maybe a lot of them) this may still be OK for you, but it does not provide 5 V at 15 A as advertised.

Amazing customer service, faulty DC Jack/Terminal
I have this power supply connected to an ESP-32 running WLED and an addressible RGB Strip (5 meter, 60 led/m, 300 led total, maximum possible draw of 18 amp, limited to 12 in software for the longevity of the power supply & strip.) Initially, the power supply worked with 0 issues with the positive and negative wires connected to the included DC Jack/Terminal. Unfortunately, after about a week of usage my lights suddenly stopped working and isolated the issue to be related to this power supply. The reason this product still has a 5 star review from me is the amazing customer support, I contacted them and within afew days of my original unit breaking I received a new one in the mail, but the story doesn't end there. While I was waiting for my replacement I discussed my issue with some others and read more reviews of this product, which had complained about the DC Jack, so when my new unit arrived I decided to investigate. And the other reviews were right, when I swapped out the Screw Terminal for the one in my replacement, the lights worked again, the actual power supply had never died, just the adapter. Unfortunately, after only afew hours of usage with the new adapter, I lost power ONCE AGAIN! I decided it's probably in my best interest to skip the adapter and to simply strip the wires on the power supply (if you think about it, it goes from wires, to male DC, to female DC, to a spot to plug in wires, to wires, it's simply one more point of failure.) Since I stripped the wires and connected it completely I have experienced 0 issues with the power supply, and would recommend it to someone else trying to make a diy argb lighting solution, but I would recommend them to strip the wires from the start rather than using the Terminal (and I belive I would recommend this regardless of the power supply used since I have gained knolege from this experience) Photo 1: Afformentioned Screw Terminal Photo 2: Lighting power solution after wired have been stripped

Disappointing and potentially unsafe
I started using the power adapter, but after a few days it stopped working. It would no longer power up, and it gave off a strange, concerning smell. Very disappointing and potentially unsafe.

Works great!
Updated review: After getting contacted by the seller, a replacement power supply was shipped under warranty. The replacement works great! Original review: When connected to a small LED strip, the voltage drops to 4.95V. The female DC barrel connector is also defective and does not work properly (used another barrel connector I had on hand to test). The warranty request page on the manufacturer website is broken, hence returned the product.

2nd faulty product
This is the 3rd one I've had to return because it is faulty and output voltage is off. Listed as 5v, in fact is 4.7v. No quality control whatsoever
