Exactly as expected

I tend to drop my phone a LOT (anything that has to be held consistently in my hand will likely meet the floor fairly often. I'm known to go through reusable water bottles quicker than most of the klutziest individuals), so I am used to having a huge case on my phone like the Otterbox Defender series (they're pretty large and clunky). A few months back, I traded in my Otterbox Defender for a slimmer "Symmetry" series case (two years of consistently dropping my phone had finally taken its toll on the otterbox case). It definitely does NOT resist scratches or scrapes to the screen like it used to (which is expected since this case no longer has a screen protector). My phone can drop on the back or side and the screen will still crack -- as evidenced by the glass screen protector cracking instead. I apparently bought this three pack back in May 2018 (so only 6 months ago) but I've managed to drop my phone A LOT since then. I finally replaced the screen protector this morning, after it endured a fourth crack that I thought would have to be the final straw that ruined the integrity of the glasses ability to protect my screen (it had some deep cracks in it already for the first month in, and it held up amazingly well to about 100 more drops since then without cracking -- it only cracked on two other occasions when the phone took a very large drop both times and hit other items on the way down its descent). I'm sure the screen I had on could have taken 100 more drops before needing to be replaced, despite the large cracks it's had from months of dropping previously, but I had yet to take the screen protector off to see if it had really protected my phone all this time (or if I was just preventing the cracks from further damaging my phone by taking off the one thing holding it all together). I mean, I've had strangers come up to me on MANY instances to see how my phone fared the fall I put it through. Literally, random people will just walk up to me to gasp at how this screen protector protected my phone from damage that looked like it HAD to have killed the whole device. I feel like a freaking magician every time, and I never look phased or rush to pick up my phone (I'm usually in the middle of something which is what caused me to forget about it and drop it in the first place) and no one can believe my lack of worry over what may have happened to the poor device. People rush over to pick it up for me because they're more concerned. I trust this screen protector THAT MUCH. To my surprise this morning, despite the crack I was SURE had to have hurt my phone (the original one from the first month in, it was the deepest one the screen protector had, and it went all the way down to my phone screen itself) -- MY PHONE SCREEN WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION. NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH ON THE THING! I would include a picture, but the cracks are hard to see since it's on clear glass (I couldn't get any picture clear enough to do justice to just how much the protector held up). If you really need to know how this baby does, know this: I am prone to dropping my phone CONSISTENTLY, and that includes down stairwells (I've been known to drop it from three flights before). My old Defender Otterbox helped SO much, but after replacing it with a thinner case that doesn't have screen protection, THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR IS THE ONLY THING THAT HAS TRULY PROTECTED MY PHONE. I'm a college student and I don't have the money to constantly replace my phone just because I get easily distracted and end up dropping my device. Save your money on expensive cases or bulky, just get an Otterbox Symmetry (or something similar, I got my on sale for $15), and this screen protector, and I swear your phone will be GOLDEN. I have dropped mine at least three times a week and have kicked it across restaurants, off flights of stares (all scratchy cement in my apartment complex), off sidewalks across streets, et cetera, and yet this glass protector held up each time, EVEN AFTER incurring some dents and cracks (in the protector alone -- no damage at all to the phone screen!) along the way. I would recommend this thing EACH AND EVERY TIME, and I will continue to buy for all the years of cell phone usage to come. My protector is a miracle worker! I wish I could say I was exaggerating, but I never feel compelled to write reviews (I do share this account, so I can't say the same for my partner who uses it, but I personally am too lazy or never this smitten with a product to leave a review). This is the first time I've ever felt a product warranted such high praise. I have damaged $60 cases by dropping my devices so much, so to see a $5 screen protector do this amazing of a job, I'm in awe. This is the best investment I have ever made for my device, and I hope the other two screen protectors in the package do just as amazing of a job as the first because I'll never have to worry about this phone being paired with my klutzy self again.

I got this almost two years ago for my Motorola phone. I have not had to change it and there are no cracks or chips in the protector, though it is starting to bubble on the edges. When my daughter needed a protector for her iphone, I didn't hesitate but to look for the Mr. Shield product from my good experience. The durability is good, it actually does what it is meant to do (I have had a few tragic drops in this time). My only problem, now that it was mentioned, was that it doesn't do much for filtering out the glare. I have to tilt my phone at a sharp angle in order to see the screen when I am in glaring or bright light conditions. Otherwise, it's a nice price, you get multiple shields and there's a little kit for installing it which is nice.

The Mr. Shield screen protector is great value for three screen protectors priced at $5.95. They are actually glass, which is even better than many other screen protectors. First, I want to cover in my review the toughness of this screen protector. Now, I am incredably hard on screen protectors. I have had at least three proglass screen protectors and they all broke the same day I got them. Then I got a Zagg screen protector and I broke it in about an hour. So I had finally given up on screen protectors until I found Mr. Shield. I have had this screen protector for about two weeks and there is not a single crack on it, even though my friend hurled it across a room and has been dropped tons of times, face first, onto concrete. So, overall if this screen protector won't break when I use it, it should withstand anyone who just wants protection for their phone and is not rough on their phone. I want to cover instalation of the screen protector. First, it is not the easiest to install, which is partially why I gave it four stars. There is a very informative instalation video. You can find the address to the video on the screen ptoector manufacturer's website. Overall it is very easy to install. After I installed the screen protector there were no bubbles. After using the screen protector for a few days, it did collect a lot of finger prints. It was easy to clean them off. However, bubbles did start to form around the top off the screen protector. This is one of the reasons I gave it four stars. The screen sensitivity is amazing and I don't even realize I am using a screen protector. The screen protector will not work with all cases. Cases with a very large lip will not work e.g. a lifeproof nude or anything with a built in screen protector. Pros and Cons pros: cheap very tough great screen protection great screen sensitivity overal I highly recommend this screen protector cons: bubbles star to form at the top of my screen protector not the easiest instalation G, age 14yrs.

iPhone screens are really delicate and I somehow caused a minor scratch on my new iPhone so to prevent further scratches I tried a pack of these glass shields and they're really well-made and thought out. Firstly, installation components and instructions are the best. - Cleaning swipes included - Sticky sheets to pick up any loose lint which could show up after application of the glass shield. - Little sticky fasteners to hold the shield in place while you maneuver it into position. - Simply remove the shield's protective cover and let it lay down into position on your phone. They almost install themselves and each time I replace mine, it's super-easy to install the replacement. Understand that they are glass and only resist certain amounts of abuse before themselves cracking. That's ok, they're cheap and they do protect your phone's screen which is the whole point. Anyhow, try one. They're outstanding!

I skimmed over other screen protectors, looking for a good deal until I saw Mr. Shield. I used a screen protector prior from a tech shop, there it cost 10 dollars for one screen. I get 3 screens from this product for less than 7 dollars. Not to mention you get alcohol wipes, a screen cloth, and stickers to make applying the screen on easier. When I used the stickers to help lay the screen down I didn’t even get bubbles under my screen following the directions front he box it comes in. It was an easy experience, it fit my phone perfectly. I would recommend being very careful to apply the screen well because it it will stick right away, do your best though this is a great deal and size for my iPhone 6 Plus.

Super easy to install. One thing is that the screen protector is super tiny but smaller than the screen but it doesn’t bother me that much. It covers like 99.97 of the screen but the width is just a super duper small tad bit too small. So you can see the multi color pixel because the glass screen protector is a little shorter wide wise. I understand it’s supposed to be smaller cuz the edges are round but I’ve tried other screen protectors and I don’t have this problem. And the thing is, I installed this screen protector perfectly. Still, it’s a little small for the side of the screen. Not a big deal really. Only bought it because of lifetime warranty. Before I had the Anker screen warranty and they refused to replace or give me a refund even though their product says lifetime warranty. Haven’t filed a warranty claim with this product yet but I hope they keep their word unlike Anker.

The item does not reach to the edge of the handset- only to the end of the screen. While installing, the backing sticker does not come off by pulling tab alone. I tried this (as per the video instructions on their website) and the screen shattered. On trying again, I used my nail to raise the film first, then pulled on the tab. Besides these issues, the screen went on well (no bubbles etc), and the touch sensitivity of my screen isn’t reduced. EDIT: I reached out to the company re my issues and they quickly responded and sent me replacements in the mail, which I’ve just received. For that, I’m adding a star (from 2, to 3) to this review.

I would recommend this product because of its material and reasonable price.

I ordered this with a new phone case for my iPhone 6 but it's waaaayyy too big. Definitely not for iPhone 6s. Don't even bother. If I could I would give this a no-star rating.
