It has external 1/4 inch RCA jacks (7) and a male and female microphone (3 prong) jacks.

Why does it say 50 wats on the back?

that's the elctrical draw... not rms

I use channel 1 of my peavey to connect to my yamaha keyboard. could a microphone use channel 2? could a wireless mike?

No you need a wired mike because the Peavy lacks a Wifi sensor.
