Goo Gone made light work of removing stubborn carpet glue residue from my wooden stairs. It was well worth the money for the time it saved in the amount of scrubbing and scraping involved. The liquid has a very runny consistency, which made it easy to apply and meant a little went a long way. I used less than a quarter of the bottle to treat the entire staircase. Another positive was the scent. Unlike some adhesive removers, it has a light, pleasant smell that wasn’t overpowering or unpleasant to work with. Would highly recommend for anyone trying to remove sticky stuff from wood

Great stuff. Wouldn't be without some in the cupboard and bottle lasts ages.

This stuff is amazing. I bought storage boxes that had stickers all over them. After soaking the stickers off with warm soapy water they left a really sticky mess. A cloth with some Goo Gone on it and bingo the sticky mess was removed so easily. Keeping a bottle 'under the sink' staple for me now.

Awesome stuff, removes gaffer tape residue

Removed the vinyl stickers on a Skoda Citigo. Bonnet and roof stripe were taken off with a whizzy wheel. But there were spots if adhesive left behind. Thoroughly washed the areas with soap and not water and thoroughly dried. Poured the product direct onto the adhesive and because it's virtually like water it immediately started to run away. Applied toilet paper to the areas and thoroughly wetted it with the product so it was constantly in contact. Waited for the correct length of time and removed the paper and washed the area again with hot soapy water. The spots of adhesive were still there tried again leaving it on for longer. Same result, nothing has changed, wasted my money on this stuff. Only reason it gets 1 star is because I can't go any lower.

Purchased the product to remove the adhesive from floor tiles. It wasn’t as easy to wipe off after applying to the floor, which was left sticky with a slippery oily residue even when using warm soapy water and had to use other products to assist complete removal of the adhesive. Wasn’t just a straight forward wipe and goo gone. Could smell the petroleum which over powered the citrus. Brought the two bottle offer but don’t think it will complete the job. It somewhat loosens it to help it remove the adhesive but with effort. Needed product in a bigger size to purchase with immediate effect to get the adhesive goo gone

This is the best for clean any type of adhesive. I use this a lot for tags is only apply an in less than a minute all the adhesive is gone. The other day I was trying to remove a doble face adhesive that I have in one of the walls for years and was so easy to remove with this.
