A hidden treasure in the fitness industry
I absolutely love this product. I don't have one negative thing to say about this product. The product even looks cool when it is not in use. It is the best product for its purpose. It has the best design when comparing it to similar products. You will find most others have a wrist strap or glove. It is small, light weight, durable, and most importantly works. You can virtually use and take them anywhere. You might even forget they are in your pocket. There are three difficulties. Yellow being the easiest, which would be for severely weak muscle cases. Red is the intermediate difficulty. This one is likely to be a good workout for most people. The blue one is the most difficult. This one will be hard for most people. I have a difficulty getting my fingers fully extended after awhile. I reccommend this product to anyone. It is for more than people with tennis elbow, golf elbow, carpel tunnel, or many other painful conditions. It will correlate to getting stronger in other exercises. If you play guitar or use a keyboard all day buy this. I have used rubber bands in the past and there is just no comparsion. These don't lose there shape and keep there resistance even with vigorous usage. I recommend the three pack. Don't pay 10 for 1 when you could pay 15 for 3. You will want to share them after you try anyways. You will want people to experience it. This also allows you to keep increasing the difficulty because you can use 2 blues instead of one. That would be extremely difficult. Overall this product is incredible and you will have excellent customer service.

Novel exercise device and helped a little, but ...
Like any exercise device you have to use it. I had problems with some muscles and when I started using these it seemed to help... but like with any exercise equipment I got lazy and stopped when it got boring. Once you put them away it is hard to go dig them up again. If you are good at self therapy these do help.

Reasonable price, and simple yet effective product!
I barely bought this item, and already I have much to say about it. The simple design, and quality feel of the product impressed me to begin with. The packaging comes with simple exercise instructions, which is of course another plus. I exercised for awhile with the product, and immediately felt the tension in my muscles beginning to lessen. I have a muscle syndrome similar to carpal tunnel (pronator tunnel syndrome), and having been to physical therapy before, I can tell the difference between soreness from exercising and pain from my syndrome. Thankfully, this product caused me to have a little soreness at first from exercising, which then just turned to a more neutral feeling with less pain from my syndrome. I am confident this product will help me in my daily stretching routines and aid in lessening pain from my syndrome, and hopefully prevent repetitive motion injuries from my desk job.

Best Finger/Hand Resistance Bands Available
Considerable research is taken when I make purchases. As a potential buyer of hand resistance bands, you can be assured that my 5-star recommendation has not been influenced by the seller, as this product was purchased at full price. These resistance bands were purchased to combat muscle imbalance due to the constant activation of finger, hand, and forearm flexors in my daily activities (guitar playing and frequent exercising). Consistent use of these bands have strengthened the opposing extensor musculature and relieved pain that had been developing in both my hands. Compared to similar hand resistance bands I have purchased, I find these bands deliver a more consistent amount of resistance throughout the entire ROM, make adding and subtracting resistance very easy, and the loops do not restrict blood flow to the tips of the fingers. If you are seeking hand resistance bands to strengthen the extensor muscles in your fingers, hand, and forearm in order to improve muscle balance and reduce pain, I give these bands my highest recommendation.

These work great but I've had mine for about a month and a half and use mostly the red one and it just broke. Glad they're not too expensive.

Just what I wanted
Great so please design. The bands help by stretching my tight fingers and palm. They are very useful bands that are each different in stretch levels.

Straightforward Review
This product works great to train the opposing muscles in the fingers, hands, and forearms. I bought a three pack just in case they break, or in the event I might want to share them. They are simple, yet very effective. And if you do these as directed you'll definitely feel it as intended. While I'm not a fitness expert, nor am I a doctor of any sort, I do consider it beneficial to train opposing muscle groups and not just one side. For example, would you just go in and do a bunch of bicep curls while neglecting the triceps? I don't think so. Basically, I think it's good to have balance when building muscles and these, along with some good hand grips, can help develop both.

Don't Like It At All
This product did not work for me. My fingers are so stiff and painful. I simply could not use it at all.
