This massage roller is well made. The roller has firm compression and just enough flex making the massage of tight muscles and knots more comfortable. It is a nice length making it possible to fit both of my calves on at once. The different surfaces on the grid pattern allow multiple massage points making it effective on multiple muscles. I've found it versatile and lightweight. This roller was on sale when I bought it making it a very good deal. I would definitely recommend.
