A: No it is not. You can see the small seeds in it.

**Q: What is the difference between conserves and preserves?**
A: Conserves are not «spreads or jams », the are preserved fruits or whatever the foods you’d like to conserve whole and is « preserved!!!

**Q: does the cherry jam come in a larger size?**
A: I have never seen a larger size at any site.

**Q: how much sugar????**
A: Hmmm.  11 grams sugar total whether "added" (as the grape syrup) or from the currants themselves or whatever.  Your liver won't know the difference.  As a comparison, many jams have 12 grams per 20 gram serving.  OTOH, Smucker's Spreadable Fruit (which is preserves so far as I can tell) Blackberry has 8 grams total sugars per tablespoon (19 grams).
