I've been taking this vitamin D3 and K2 to help with calcium absorption for osteoporosis. It's hard to know if it's helping until I have another scan, but the capsules are easy to swallow and I like that they are made with natural ingredients. I seem to be much less tired, have had no issues at all and it seems to suit me very well.

You need the soft-gels containing fat. -- Most vitamin D tablets are useless and don't increase vitamin D levels in your body unlike these. This product, Vitamin D2 with K2 MK7 is the perfect way to get your vitamin D levels stabilised.

You need vitamin K to help with the absorption of vitamin D - and the addition of a small amount of fats again helps with assimilation so I’m pleased with this. I like this brand for its commitment to keeping unnecessary fillers out of their formulas. The tablets are teeny tiny and easy to take, taste isn’t really relevant as you’re swallowing it and I’d say they’re good value for money!

Extremely easy to swallow. Daily levels of vitamin D3 and K2 are spot-on compared to other brands. One problem. Text on label is impossibly small to read. Had to check product page on Amazon to find this information. All product information should be easily available to read on the container, so I'm not happy with that at all. But now I know to take one capsule a day, with food because vitamin D3 is fat soluble. I did already know this. So this product gets a 😁😁😟

Repeat purchase, the best quality being in soft gel form for maximum absorption. No added fillers. My vitaminD levels were at zero before starting these. Pleased to say my levels have risen and the bone pain I had has all gone. Will forever re-purchase these ones.

I have been taking Zenement D3/K2 for some years now and have had a couple of Vitamin D tests done by the NHS. Both test results came back in the range I was aiming for. The firs result two years ago was 165nmol/L and the second result was 185.8nmol/L. done this year 05 2026 Since taking D3 my immune system has greatly improved. I get fewer colds, if I do pick up a cold virus the symptoms are very mild and only last a day or two. I take 2000iu D3 and 150ug MK7 plus an extra 4000iu D3 with one Zenement Magnesium Glycinate 175mg daily. I am NOT suggesting any one else should take this amount its just what I have been taking for about 4 years. I have had no side effects, just a greatly improved immune system in my opinion.

The dose of K2 is also generous and suits me exactly because I was looking for a dose of K2 between 100-180 µg. 👍 I always read up before buying/ taking supplements and this variety meets my needs. Important to get enough vitamin D now during the dark months! I chose this variety because I also get a dose of virgin olive oil in each capsule. Can't get any better! 👍

Good product for autoimmunity and bones

Bon complément qui a fait remonter mon taux de vitamine D3 . Par contre j’ai dû en prendre 2 à chaque prise . L’avantage c’est qu’il est combiné avec la vitamine K2 , essentielle . Ce qui n’est pas le cas d’autres D3 . Le fait qu’elle soit encapsulée dans de l’huile d’olive bio est un plus pour l’assimilation.
