Are dark chocolate muddy bites vegan?

I found this on the Muddy Bites website in the FAQs section: "At this time, Muddy Bites is NOT gluten-free, vegan, or Kosher certified. Our product and facility also do NOT contain nuts - we prevent cross-contamination."

If you have to go to a completely different part of the internet to find this info... probably not something you want to put in your body, imo.

If shipped by Muddy Bites, do they come with ice packs?

They do not require ice packs. They are miniature waffle cones filled with chocolate. And I do mean miniature!
