I frequently buy these panels in different sizes as the quality has always been good. No flaws in the wood and no warping.

After I sanded a little bit, I was able to smooth them nicely to gesso next. Fairly typical of these boards, yeah, I’ll buy this again.

Purchased these to use for linocut prints and I won't be able to use them for that purpose. The grain on the wood on the face of the panel is not great. Slightly splintery in places, one of the panels looked like it had been filled with wood glue or something. I printed a linoblock onto a primed panel and the print didn't take very well because of the loose grain of the wood. I'll use for mosaic or for painting. They will work if gessoed or sealed first. Not totally happy but I'll keep them.

They were perfect for what I needed

I'm a full time artist and I order a lot of panels. I was preparing for a workshop and wanted for my students to work on panels, but the high cost is prohibitive. I ordered these and when they came I didn't like them. They are not sturdy enough, and the ply of the wood is super thin. I gessoed them on both sides twice to add some strength. the 5x7's are ok. but the 8x10 and 11x14 have divets running the length of the panels... I had to sand them and still some marks show.definitely a case of you get what you pay for.I recommend the American Easel panels which are also available on Amazon. They are made in the US and are well made for a reasonable price.

Thin, flimsy, soft wood. Returned them all for a refund.
