I love the taste of this. I add it to my regular coffee, 50/50.

To be clear this is not like coffee. It can be prepared as coffee, but it won't replace the taste or the aroma of the coffee at least not the black coffee. Now, this can be prepared as a French vanilla coffee or spiced coffee and it will be good enough. If you like a caffeine free coffee substitute to use spices or creamers this will be good. I really like it specially if I want to drink something hot in the evening. Other than that, Chicory have anti inflamatory benefit to your body and it is good for your digestive system. As a coffee lover, this not replace the coffee at all, but I really enjoy to drink this chicory root.

We have replaced some of our coffee use with Chicory and we like this brand. Full bodied, you will think you are drinking coffee.

Provides that extra boldness and good flavor to decaf coffee (usually kind of bland). I mix it half n half: one scoop of coffee to one scoop of chicory.. I like a bold brew. I make decaf with it my espresso maker... works well and tastes great with that crema espresso is noted for.

If I follow the instructions to let it sip for 15 minutes I will have a cold drink. Many years ago I used to drink chicory that was great and was instant. This one is not so I boiled it like Turkish coffee. This is too much work and the results are a matter of taste. I will not buy again. Pro my fault for assuming it was instant

I gave it a5 stars for the seller because the shipping was very fast, professional, the product came so nicely wrapped however the product itself was my issue. I know we all have different taste, I just couldn't make my self drink this coffee. I'm sure if you add sugar and creamer can turn quiet nice however I don't use neither sugar nor creamer in mine. Give it a try, won't hurt you.

Gave up caffiene and coffee but still like the taste of it. This is great and I use it for my K cup machine. 1 tablespoon in a reusable Kcup and I get a great brew.
