The grip is approx. 15 and 5/8 inches long.

Q: Will these work on a 2 piece kayak paddle?

These are designed for SUP paddles, and won't be long enough for an adult to use one of these for both hands. Depending on how the 2 pieces are connected, it may or may not reach over the connection. Q: Is there a pair? Are they adjustable?

Yes they came in a pair. They have Velcro closures so you can make them bigger/smaller to fit the circumference of your paddle. You can’t make them shorter/longer. They do make a smaller version for kayak paddles. I like these better. More space is covered. Paddle gets hit from sun.
