I don't easily get hooked to protein powders mainly because of digestion and flavor issues, but this was something great.I started with Nakpro late last year as this was the cheapest whey protein on the market with great protein content. It was surreal for sure, but I wanted to give it a try.And, this was awesome. No bad digestion, great flavor and these isolate flavors give the foreign brands a run for their money. Coffee flavor is like literally a starbucks coffee (mix it in cold water).I have seen great recovery and good gains over 6 months period.The whole nakpro range of products are budget friendly and genuine. Hope you give them a sheer try and then judge by the results.

Hello everyone have been working out for 2-3 years now, quite recently picked this one up because of the cost essentially, you will be satisfied with this one regarding protein content but for flavour please be careful.I have tried most flavours and I will rate according to my best to worst1. Cookie and creme2. Coffee3. Strawberry4. Choclate ( not worth buying )

Did not expect it would be this good! Got the coffee flavour. I have had whey protein concentrates and plant protein before, none were this smooth. They were difficult to swallow post drinking half the cup but this one wasn't at all. This has great taste and felt very light while consuming. Strongly recommended.

The protein content is good, the quality is okay-ish, and the taste is average. Mixability is below average. Even after shaking it for more than a minute, it still doesn't mix, and there are some particles. So, solubility-wise, it's bad

The Nakro Whey are very good products and giving very good results when used with proper macro diet design and workouts.The price point is also very competitive.The packaging comes in 500g and 1kg packages and helps in use too.The raw whey used are imported from a reputed US company as per their PO posted here on Amazon.They claim the product to be all processed with flavoring using natural dailry products.The only drawback I feel is they don't declare their complete AA(aminoacid) profile on packaging.You may find the flavors a little less sweet than other brands but the protein percent is higher compared to them as well which is a win-win.The vanilla flavor can be easily used with a spoon of coffee for an excellent flavor.And when mixed with chilled water mixes very easily.It's a product worth trying 👌

I have tried coffee and malai kulfi. Personally I liked coffee more than malai kulfi as Malai kulfi is too sweet for me.

Pros:- Good taste- Good Packaging that doesn’t waste plastic tubs for no reason (good to refill whey)- Protein concentration is good- I only have it with milk and Creatine, it may not taste as good with water- Cost effectiveCons:- I would like a non-artificially sweetened version of this, the sweetness could be a bit overpowering- Would prefer if they published a regular monthly/quarterly third party audit of their product for contaminants

Even though the taste is good, but it causes severe bloating and constipation. I had irritable bowel movements after taking this for 5-6 days at a stretch. Also had flatulence and the stinking farts made me disgusted with myself.After leaving it , I noticed I had no problem in poopijg and farting problem is also gone. Don’t take protein powder if you can fulfil your needs through food. But if you really need one, go for OG.
