Just wish it would have allowed me to pick color on diploma side of mug. Computer picked red ribbon and her graduating class is navy blue.

This coffee cup came as promised, shipped quickly and was personalized exactly to my specification. I cannot comment on durability as it was a gift and I am not close enough to see how it wears through washings and such. It made a nice gift piece and memorabilia.

The mug is sturdy and it's a great gift. It came earlier than expected just in time for graduation. I like that they let you choose the cap and gown colors and the color of hair . My daughter has long brown hair and her cap and gown is red and gold . It's perfect .
