I have had a knife like this for many years and I love it. I bought this one as a gift to someone who enjoys cooking. I know this is a cheese knife but I use it on all kinds of things. It works great on summer sausage to get a very thin slice. It is good if you are watching your weight because you can slice things as thin as you like.
