20l bagpack looks great. Next time if I will have to buy again it will be 30l same brand.Very comfortable i really likes it.

The basic bag represents good value for money. My 13" MacBook and its neoprene cover fits nicely in the sleeve. However, there are a few things that could be done better.Such as:1. The main strap adjusters are looped back onto the straps to keep them from flapping about. While this is perhaps a good idea, I find them incredibly annoying when putting the pack on as you have to find the loop and move it down the strap to make some slack then grab the loop and pull the strap in (you have to experience it to understand fully). I thought this was a quirk initially, but it's become more annoying and I'm going to take a pair of scissors to the loop soon.2. The three loops on the back that the closing hook attaches to seem to have been fixed in the wrong place. The lowest loop is unusable without distorting the bag. When the bag is loaded, the top loop is too low to allow the hook to reach. I carry a toe clip strap to hold the bag shut now if loaded.3. The straps have been attached to the bag 15mm off-centre. While this doesn't appear to be a problem in use, it does make me wonder how stringent the QA criteria are.Would I replace with the same? Probably not.

Simply a superb piece of kit

Really like this bag. I got the smaller version, plenty of room for my laptop, a few clothes luch etc. All that's needed for commute. Comfy and stable enough for short urban rides.

Très bonne qualité, globalement un bon produit.Excellente visibilité en jaune.Seul problème pour moi, le système de fermeture du sac, peu fiable. Plusieurs fois le haut du sac s'est déroulé seul.
