Q: I see a lot of reviews about these helping their kids calm down at night. What about during the day use? Do they make these make the children sleepy?

My daughter is borderline ADHD and has anxiety and I find giving her these at night helps her focus during the day. She seems to be able to do one thing at a time and not get as distracted. I also take Magnesium at night, I HIGHLY recommend it.
