Do you use this with bm foundation an mineral veil? over it i assume?

This is a cream highlight and contour. You can use it under (liquid or cream) foundation. You can also use it over liquid or cream foundation. If you are using a mineral foundation, only use powder products afterwards. Never use cream products (like these sticks) over powder. You would use the BM Veil after all “moist” products to set the face.

Is this product an illuminating base?

Wouldn't say it's base, only illuminator.

Is the highlighter and bronzer convenient in this format?

Yes. They apply quite well and the tone is perfect. Super highlighter gives a shimmering effect and they are not sticky.

Is this fragrance free

Yes! Some fragrance free makeup still has a “makeup type “ scent. This does not 😊
