We’re going on five years of having this in our backyard. So far, it has stood the test of that time and 4 kids playing hard on it. It went together easily, following the instructions that were pretty simple to understand. I put all the small sub assemblies together by myself, and my wife helped with putting all the major assemblies together where a second pair of hands was needed. It took a day to put together. There were no issues with the assembly process that I can remember. The only issues we’ve had is the bolt that holds the steering wheel backs out with minimal use. An aftermarket bolt setup from the hardware store is an easy enough fix. The vinyl canopy has disintegrated, but it had help from one kid who put a tear it, several wind storms, and intense summer sun. As per the instructions, it does need to have all the screws and bolts tightened up annually. It could use a coat of water seal on the wood if you want, but so far the wood has held up fine. The climbing ropes have held up fine as well. Our kids have had a ton of fun on this and I have no regrets whatsoever about buying it. We’ll see how it holds up over the next five years.

Made of decent material but you should definitely put a stain on it every year. It’s good size for my 3 under 4. Even the youngest likes it. It’s looks good all put together. It took me just over 7 hours to build by myself, as an experienced builder.

Overall quality is great. Instructions are great. Number of pieces to assemble not so great. Everything went together smoothly especially using the digital instruction where you can look at everything in 3d. Everything is solid when fully assembled and easy held up to a grown man using Everything on it(if it can't hold me I won't trust it with my kids long term). It is alot of pieces to assemble but nothing really to be done about that. It came via a box truck and they were able to unload it for me and put it where I asked em to. It's very stable and my kids enjoy it.

Quality is amazing, easy to build, I know it will last a long time! So glad we bought this one my kids are very happy with it!

Assembly was not complicated. The BILT app was very helpful. A cordless drill is crucial. I decided to stain the wood parts with deck stain and sealer prior to assembly, which was very time consuming but worthwhile. Overall it took me probably 8 total hours aside from the staining. It was helpful to look forward several steps in the instructions to get all the pieces and hardware together bit by bit. I had no issue with split boards or misaligned holes that others noted. Quick tip: When putting in the T-nuts, pound them in with a hammer. It will help with getting the bolt threaded. It feels very sturdy with the exception of the legs for the swing set. I’ll probably add a stabilizing piece and set the anchors in concrete. The kids love it and have been playing on it nonstop since I put it together. Doesn’t take up too much space on the yard. Overall I’m very pleased with the purchase!

Owner for almost 3 years, overall cannot complain! Screws can use tightening this spring, but that's normal. Wood is still in pretty good shape for sitting in the Colorado sun. Starting to split minorly, but again, normal and expected. I dropped a star because I can't find a way to contact the seller via amazon. We left the 'roof' on through 3 winters and between the sun cracking the material and the snow sitting on it, it finally shredded apart. Again, expected with material like that, but I do wish I chose a set with a wood roof. I need to contact their support (my support window apparently ended after 2 years...) but I need to buy a new 'roof' cover....hoping they read this! Edited: I google them and found support on their website- emailed them, and not only got a reply within the hour, but they are shipping a new roof! GREAT customer service!!

This is a great kit. There was one image backwards on the instructions and one board was mislabeled on the instructions for placement. The hardest part about this kit was separating all the parts and arranging them in a useable order. The construction seems odd at times as you will “jump” around building pieces unlike most construction from the ground up. Just be patient and look at the instructions and ensure images are correct. Took about 8 hours to put together just because it’s such a large puzzle and sometimes you switch bolt and screw packets. Make sure your ground is level and square as possible before putting together. We laid a tarp out to get an idea of where we wanted ours in our yard and how we wanted it oriented. They also have where you can use an image of the swing set and place it where you want in the camera/photo of the area. We also used some landscape timbers and rubber mulch for the inside areas of the set and it took over 50bags! A few tools are needed and another person is needed when ready to start to put it all together but only briefly. No missing parts or hardware and minimal tools required. They even provided most of the tools and bits for screws as well as a gauge for board separation. We added the toddler and baby swing as the kit only comes with normal swings.

This swing set is awesome but the customer service was incredible. When the box arrived, there was a small hole in the corner. A couple of pieces were missing so I contacted the manufacturer as the phone number was on the instructions. They were so good to work with. I had those replacement parts within the week. I highly recommend buying this swing set. My grandkids love it! They are ages 4 & 5. The recommended time to assemble was 8 hours with 2 adults. It took almost exactly that amount of time to put together. They did send extra bolts and screws just in case they were needed. This is a great quality item.
