Worst thing I ever bought online ignoring words of my parents.
Customers please don't buy any products from this brand. The customer support or service is unresponsive. My product is fine but the freezer door both are having cold leak. The gasket doesnt fit and I didn't notice. I tried to contact customer care but none responded. Even in amazon there is no easy option to report this to them. I think I need to move to the consumer court and file a compensation. I bought this on bajaj emi. And replacement is not available due to no stock. And refund will be costing more by deduction on processing fees and service charges. Such a defective product and customer service.

Review
Rockwell 110NU convertible Deep Freezer is good for shops and outdoor, I purchased it for home purpose and freezer is making some noise while it is freezing the products in it. This is causing some disturbance for us and also it is consuming more power. We are getting more power bill when it is powered on and running.
