Very well designed & robust case for shorter breaks. (66cm Level8 Elegance matt olive green)
I ordered the 66cm Level8 Elegance matt olive green case as we travel a great deal and I needed a robust case for short to medium breaks. I chose olive as I wanted something that was easier to spot at baggage claim, and the matt olive drab looks really good - I'm happy I chose this colour over the grey or black design. The case arrived quickly and was well packaged. The case also came with four padded packing cubes which are really well designed to fit perfectly in the case and which also have removable velcro labels to identify the contents of the bag with. The case also came with a handy dust bag. The case itself is a very practical (almost minimalist design) & is tough - it's designed using polycarbonate, so whilst there is some flexibility in the outer shell (it's not a rock-solid hardcase), it is extremely resilient & more than enough to protect the contents (though obviously fragile items would need to be protected like with any case). The simple, rectangular design is also good in that you can maximize the amount of clothes, toiletries, and other items that can fit into the bag. However, the bag isn't expandable - there’s a single, long zipper that goes around three sides of the bag, but I found that I could squeeze in enough clothes etc for a 10-14 day trip. There are dividers inside the case that also help with the packing. On top of the suitcase there’s a TSA approved combination lock, which locks the zipper pull tabs in place. (The case also comes with a helpful guide on how to set the lock combination and it's really easy to set up). There are two carry handles that have a low profile & are less likely to get snagged on something. I'd say they are fairly comfortable to use, although I'm not planning to lug the case about any more than sticking it in the back of a taxi. The 360-degree spinner wheels are great - they have a very low level of friction so it's really easy to push/pull the case around. They're also very quiet - even on concrete, which is great when considering all my previous cases sounded & moved a bit a like a shopping cart with a dodgy wheel. Overall, I think it's a great suitcase - I like the simple, squared-off design aesthetic - it's a well designed, minimalist suitcase that looks high-end without the hefty price tag. I like the polycarbonite shell - it's a lot tougher than the cases I've had in the past, and whilst inevitable, hasn't scuffed yet. So far so good.

Great suitcase for a few days or a week!
Although a tad expensive it is definitely a premium product. The wheels are perfect along airport floors although a bit noisy on pavements or anywhere outside really. The bags inside are brilliant. Even when I’m not using the suitcase I use the bags that came with it. Espeicallly the wash bag and the bag for cables. It’s great to have a bit more organisation when travelling and makes me feel a bit more confident I have everything I need too! I have comfortably managed to fit a few pairs of shoes and a weeks worth of clothes inside this suitcase so it is certainly my big enough for a short - medium length trip. It’s very lightweight too so you get much more of your baggage allowance when travelling which is perfect really! It feels quite robust and doesn’t feel like it would break to easy being thrown around or treated a bit roughly which I appreciate happens in airports. It does scratch a little easier than I’d like it too, but I’m not overly worried about that it’s just normal wear and tear for this kind of item. It’s very slick looking! I haven’t tried using this as a carry on luggage as the flights I’ve been on recently they have always asked if I would mind it going into the hold which I don’t. I’m not sure if it would possibly be too big along some dimensions for airlines like Ryanair/easyjet/Wizz air and I’m not keen to find out I’d rather just use a smaller bag and avoid the worry! It does look very professional and slick and makes me feel very fancy walking through an airport with it!

Honest review!!
I recently purchased a modern, black suitcase that I must say is quite stylish and functional. Despite not being a Rimowa, this suitcase has exceeded my expectations, and I have taken it on 46 flights without any issues. The suitcase's black color is sleek and stylish, making it stand out from other more ordinary-looking suitcases. Additionally, the suitcase is designed with a modern touch that adds to its overall aesthetic appeal. I have received multiple compliments from fellow travelers on the look of this suitcase. While I appreciate the overall durability of the suitcase, I will say that the black color does show scratches more easily than other colors. However, this is a minor issue that can be expected with any dark-colored suitcase. The suitcase has a spacious interior that allows for plenty of storage space, and the wheels roll smoothly on various surfaces, making it easy to maneuver through crowded airports. The suitcase's telescoping handle is sturdy, and it retracts easily when not in use. One of the most impressive things about this suitcase is its durability. After 46 flights, it has not broken, and all the zippers still work perfectly. The suitcase's high-quality construction is evident, and I am confident that it will continue to serve me well for many more flights to come. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of this modern, black suitcase. It is stylish, functional, and durable, making it a great value for its price. If you're looking for a stylish suitcase that can hold up to frequent travel, this is definitely one to consider.

Awesome, sadly not resilient enough
The suitcase is beautiful, handle slides up and down extremely smoothly and it has plenty of space for a small suitcase. My only complaint is that it’s not strong enough to be checked-in — KLM didn’t accept it as a cabin bag, so I had to check it in and it arrived with a dent on one of the corners.

Good case
Have just used this case on a recent trip on Eurostar to Paris. Held enough comfortably for a week’s holiday. Like the netting compartment zip dividers and the packing cubes are great. Nice to have square corners for packing. Wheels and manoeuvrability are great on smooth surfaces and pavements. Struggled a bit on even relatively smooth cobbles in Paris and not to easy to get up low curbs. We walked from Gare du Nord into the centre of Paris with them. Will be taking them on long haul flight soon so will be interesting to see how they do. The blue is a gorgeous colour!

Avoid this Brand!!! Zero customer service!! Lock broken on first use!!
Used the case for the first time traveling to the US. My case was inspected by US boarder control as it very often is now, however the lock now opens with any combination. Emailed Level8 directly, they asked me to send a video, so i did, they then said oh our Amazon team need to deal with this not us. I responded to say are you not the manufacturer so why can you not deal with it and they responded to say; 'We are the seller but we have a separate team that handles the Amazon order. Rest assured that we have already forwarded this concern to them. They will get in touch with you soon. Thank you for your patience.' Having cased again 4 weeks later and still not heard anything and lost patience. So be warned the lifetime guarantee is just marketing hyperbole and I'm now stuck with now a £155 case that's useless for any foreign travel as it can't be locked. Also to note, the Lock is the same lock you see used on much cheaper cases, so my advice is just buy a cheap case or buy a case from a reputable brand that cares and honours there guarantee.

Great case at a reasonable price
Good quality case, only used it once so far, but very tough even though it is nice and light. Wheels are strong and glides well on uneven surfaces, so much so that with any gradient you have to hold it, sit down and let go and it’s off! Love the packing cubes included and the ability to strap down items in either side before zipping the compartment divider up, great case all round.

One of the finest rectangles I’ve ever seen
Just received today. Haven’t used it on a trip but have a month in Vietnam in 2 months. Firstly it looks pretty…..pretty it looks pretty. Seems like a very good quality build. Wheeled it around the kitchen screaming “get out of my f…… way!” In preparation for the airport and it handled that well. Mine did come with the packing cubes which I initially thought “wtf why?” But I reckon I’ll use them. It never sits well with me to throw my used and stinking pants in with the rest of my clobber. So yes my soiled wears have a home. I got the 66 x whatever x something and as I’m mostly packing t-shirts shorts and pants and toiletries it will be more than enough space. I reckon you’d be good for a 8 day winter trip with all those hideous thick jumpers and wellies and the like. I recommend in the immediate but will retract if alls I see on the baggage belt is a few pieces of dark blue plastic and soiled pants come spinning by.
