It is well described which men and infrastructure that contains every camp as well as the assignments with a card who or what or how. Of course, the general must come up with his tactics himself, but with the basic elements ... it must work.Perhaps the Command and Conquer first game book also from PRIMA'S who covers the Covert Operations + (Secrets & Solutions unauthorized" (This book I have and is my field manual too) who contains several combat formations, would consider it worth considering ... unless the general has not been promoted ... ;-)

Swift delivery and a fantastic game. I have been playing this for over 10 years and never gets old!!! Although Westwood have been wound up, there are servers available, after a quick search and download to play online against other opponents.
