Nearly as good as new. Why spend a thousand on a new phone?
Looking for a replacement for my ageing iPhone 6s Plus, I spent weeks considering my options and looking at reviews for refurbished (or as Amazon describes them, "renewed") iPhones.I considered buying a new iPhone 6e (about £600) or a refurbished iPhone 12 (about £330) and wanted a phone about the same size as my 6s Plus but decided on an 11 Pro Max.There are a number of sellers of refurbished phones around but I have always trusted Amazon. I felt that should the phone not meet the seller's description, Amazon would have no issue on having it returned. This iPhone 11 Pro Max was described as unlocked and excellent and my expectations were that there would be minor surface scratches and obvious signs of wear but after unboxing I was surprised at its condition. It was virtually unmarked and in pristine condition. It connected to my service provider and home wi-fi without issue, and the battery status was, as mentioned in the description, about 82% and, as I'm not a heavy user, this isn't a problem. The phone, backed up from my previous phone - an easy straight-forward process via my Apple account - performs and updates as expected, is responsive, with working face recognition and takes excellent photos and videos with any of its three rear cameras. But what surprised me most was its superb condition which I will preserve with a phone case and additional camera-lens protector, again bought from Amazon. For the £220 paid I am absolutely delighted with my purchase which was delivered a couple of days after ordering. If I get a couple of years' use from it I'll be more than happy. For me, money well spent and highly recommended.

iPhone 11 Pro Max 256 GB - Impressed - Worth the money
I spent half of the price than I would have spent on a new iPhone.Quick delivery and good contact with seller. Before buying this phone I read a lot of comments and opinions about this product, most of them negative, and I do not understand why cause I am really happy with it and it works really good. I have been using the phone for a month since I bought it, so I can give a proper opinion.*PACKAGING*It comes very well protected with a tool to open the SIM tray, plug and charging cable. THERE IS NO EARPHONES INCLUDED (specified in product description).Only the charging cable is original, although the plug is quite similar and works properly.*FUNCTIONING*The first charge was up to 92% and that was a bit dissapointing. However, from the second charge it reaches up to 100%, so do not worry about that, it sometimes needs more than one charge.Everything on the phone works properly and is very fast. I changed from Android to Apple for the first time and I am really happy with this purchase. It does not seem to be a refurbished iPhone at all. However, there are a couple of things that do not work perfectly, but it is something that happens like once every week or so and it is not annoying at all, since it takes 1 or 2 seconds and that is it.*OUTSIDE LOOK*The day I received the phone I checked every side of the phone by using a lamp and looking very closely and patiently.I found literally NOTHING! No scratches, no dents or any other imperfections. The outside of the phone is perfect and I am really happy with it.*CONCLUSION*I am absolutely sure that I would recommend this product to anyone. I am really happy with this purchase and I would probably get another one refurbished.I saved around 50% on this iPhone and it is worth the money.

Very impressed
This has been a wonderful purchase. Me and brother bought this fit our mum for mother's day. I cannot see a mark on it at all. It has charged to 100%, we will see how long 100% lasts. It came with a free tempered glass protector and case. Thank you for these items. So far this phone is amazing. Mum has set it up with no troubles at all. She originally had a Samsung android phone, that was 7 years old so she was long over due an upgrade. We got her an apple iPhone 11 Pro max in gold. It's a beautiful colour. I had no clue which model to get her but she loves her ipad and I wanted something with a big screen that she could treat as a second version of that but obvipisly a phone - so she has an ipad type device when she's put and about. It was a toss up between an 11 or 12 pro plus; I think the screen sizes are the same but the 11 just seemed bigger because of the shape. I was a little worried because years ago I got a reconditioned iPhone (not from amazon) and the battery started to go. There are no early signs of any problems. The set up was really easy; the phone is unlocked and all we did was pop her sum into it and followed the advice when prompted to download an app on her old phone to transfer any data stored on the old device isteslf... obviously, data store on sim was transferred with the card. The phone came in a plain box and not the original packaging, which we knew would be the case anyway. Inside, along with the phone, was a new geberic charger with plug, a little pin to remove the sim card and a little card with the 12 month warranty. I really hope that she gets some good use out of it and it doesn't deteriorate rapidly. It's just over 2.5 years old. I understand that phones start to become dyfunct when new software updates are installed and soon certain functions are not comparable with modern day apps etc. Having said that, everything is as quick and working as good as new. We are more then happy with this purchase. My mum doesn't care that it's not the newest version and, I have to say, it looksich sleeker than the current version, 13. We chose a 64GB storage as this will be more than enough for mum. It was just under £400. She was so happy with it, she had so many different functions and was able to sync it with her ipad. After we helped her to transfer data from her old phone, we wanted to let her enjoy customising all the features on ger own as that's the enjoyable part.Really happy with this purchase. Happy Mother's Day to all the mums out there.

There is something wrong with the parts used for this, phone has gradually disintegrated
When I received this, it was okay.1) Later on I noticed there was a weird defect where the phone screen would randomly stop working and so the only way I could turn it off was using siri if i was lucky enough to have the phone unlocked. However when the phone was locked, i had to google finding a way to turn it off using the external buttons.2) The microphone quality of this is AWFUL, when on speakerphone or on facetime video no one can hear me properly so I have to put it by my ear all the time or wear earphones which is annoying3) Later on I noticed one of the lenses/screens of the back camera had popped off by itself which was very odd. clearly that one wasn't glued on securely or whatever as it's other 2 counterparts are still going strong.3) Throughout this time I had a phone case and screen protector for the phone, however when i accidentally dropped the phone on it's face at home, the back of the phone cracked? likely literally you can see the insidewhi was SO ODD to me because never have i seen the back of the phone crack before? and especially as a result of it landing on the front? so odd. by this time i gave up with the phone and thought about getting a new one4) When I was sitting down in the car, the front of the phone screen cracked itself? likeI don't know the quality of the materials used to manufacture or 'renew' this phone but it's definitely not anywhere near good enough to be selling as renewed/refurbished. The quality is a ticking time bomb. The cons far outweigh the 'bargain' it may appear to be.and even if you wanted to get it still, you definitely need insurance and i now see why they didn't offer warranty/insurance. However the cost of insurance on a refurbished device like this may even make you better of getting the new one where you can still get apple care to help with things like this than to have to buy a new phone to replace something already defective.

GENUINELY SHOCKED
So after a lot of debate and lots of reviews and questions I decided to buy this renewed iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb from Mazuma mobile through Amazon. I have to say I was very sceptical but I just wanted to say I am GENUINELY SHOCKED as to how good this turned out. I went over the phone with a fine tooth comb and couldn’t find a scratch mark or blemish on the phone if I didn’t know it was renewed I would have said it was like new. The phone works perfectly so far and I have updated to iOS 15.1 and works great with no issues. I bought the 256gb in lovely midnight green which I think looks great. The battery health is 88% which is good for a two year old phone. I emailed muzuma mobile a few times prior to purchase with a few questions and they got back to me really quickly and was able to tell me what I needs to know. Phone was ordered early hours Saturday morning and delivered at about 4pm on Tuesday. The phone came unlocked to any network and was in a really nice muzuma mobile brands box with a charging cable and sim removal tool. In my experience specifically with Amazon and muzuma mobile I wold not hesitate to buy from again. Having previously owned the 12 pro max and sold it to go back to android which I regretted I wanted to go back to iPhone but couldn’t afford another 12 pro max I found the 11 pro max at a very reasonable price and went for it. So if you are wondering about if you should buy renewed then I would say just do it your are backed up with amazons 1 year return guarantee and fantastic customer service what’s not to like and quite honestly I can’t see any difference between this and the 12 pro max so save some cash and buy renewed from Amazon

From Android to iPhone
So...In the summer of 2020, I know, my contract was up and I went to Carphone Warehouse and was talked into a Samsung S20, non 5G version. So I had it for a few weeks and the battery life was very poor. On top of that the fingerprint sensor just wasn't reliable at all.Decided to trade in and I treated myself to an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I am very impressed. The screen is lovely. I always ran my Android phones at 1080 as I didn't see the difference when it was up to QHD and I never saw a benefit to 120hz either, so I am very happy with the panel on the iPhone.I think the camera is slightly a step back over the Pixel I use to have, but I cannot complain when it comes to video. It's just phenomenal. The phone itself runs smoothly and quickly and I haven't had any crashes or hang ups to worry me.I can easily get 2 days of battery life which I couldn't do on Android.Okay so Face recognition with a face mask doesn't work, but it's not the end of the world.Only thing that really bugs me is the Bluetooth. It defaults back to the phone sometimes when a call comes in and I have a Bluetooth headset on which never happened on Android. Aside from that I love this phone and I am very happy.

Great purchase but screen didn't last
When I first bought this phone I was really pleased with it. It was pretty much as good as a new phone condition wise and it's probably my favourite iPhone model. Amazing functionality and a pretty good camera, even compared with the latest models. The price was really good for that model at that time. However, the screen had obviously been replaced with a cheaper alternative as part of the refurb and it failed in less than 12 months. I am pretty careful not to damage my phone, I always use a case and a screen protector. However, after nearly a year lines began to appear on the screen and it started looking scrambled from time to time. I can't say I never dropped it but it certainly didn't get any major trauma, and was always protected in a case. Fortunately I was within the 1 year fix or replace window and I sent it off to be repaired. This was done at no cost and when they sent it back it was once again brand new seeming. But, almost exactly a year later the same thing happened again. Lines appeared on the phone but this time the right hand side of the screen stopped responding or when you touched it it would have mixed results. It is now not cost effective to get it fixed. I really loved this phone and the price was great but I would be wary of the screen. If you do get one of these i would advise you use a solid case that will minimise the chance that the screen could go wrong.

Ottimo!
Lo smartphone è praticamente pari al nuovo. Eccellente!

Forza !! Un abbraccio
