Just curious, how big is that circle in shown in the strap? Does it get in the way of clothing??

Any body gopro strap will bunch your clothing together unless you wear really tight clothes.

Is there an adapter that will make this work with a cannon point and shoot camera?

As long as the camera is around the size of a GoPro and has a tripod mount underneath, this will work fine and just about any adaptor would allow the camera to mount to the stuntman. The only issue would be the weight of the camera, if it weighs much more than a GoPro, the weight of the camera would cause it to sag and would pull the harness down. You’d have to continually adjust it to offset the weight. I’m able to mount a Karma Grip stabilizer to this harness with no problem. If you tried mounting a DSLR, it would obviously not work. Weight and dimension are critical.

Can the GoPro mount rotate/move from side-to-side as well as tilt? thx

Yes the STUNTMAN 360 Harness uses our ball joint mounting system which allows a wide range of camera angles and positions. There are four mounting locations on the base plate as well.

Will this work well while on a waverunner?

With all of the head and shoulder motion, it may not be the best choice. The same company makes a chest mount that might work better if your chest is above the handlebars. RAM Mount Action Camera Mount might work on the handle bars as an another alternative.
