Great for Runnres
I use this product all the time when I am running. I like it so much more than Gatorade. It is not sweet. It is a little salty when you first taste it but it works amazing in keeping you hydrated. The powder packets make it easy to tuck into a pocket or back and mix in a water bottle. I also drink this when I am feeling dehydrated or am sick with a cold. Works great for rehydrating.

A real game-changer
Have you ever been told to drink water and eat greasy food to prevent a hangover? Maybe chug some Gatorade? I was never the heaviest drinker, but I largely stopped after college because even indulging in a few beers after work wasn't worth how it made me feel. I bought this powder on a whim and, I can't believe I'm saying this, but Pedialyte prevents hangovers. I mean, sure, this isn't a digestion aid. This isn't a liver or any type of metabolic aid. You're still damaging your body. But you can function the next day. It often feels like you didn't drink at all the night before. And that's why I have to tap Pedialyte as one of the greatest-yet-unknown inventions of our time. Try it one time and you will not be able to live without it. I do not drink without having Pedialyte on hand.

... it's for kids but if your and adult and love to party
It says it's for kids but if your and adult and love to party, this is a game changer for sure. Sure there are pills out there that claim to cure a hangover but it's really taking care of yourself that is going to make the difference of your next morning hell or feeling fine. Gatorade and powerade are fine but they're for preventing dehydration, not recovering from being dehydrated. Yes, it'll work but not nearly as well as Pedialyte. It's easy on your stomach and you can have some before you go to bed for best results and even drinking before going out helps. I've been to festivals in 90 degree plus heat all day, partied all night and when I have pedialyte packed, I know I'll be in good shape the next day to do it all over again. It's not well known and seriously, you can't lose anything by trying it. Pick one up at the grocery store and put it in your fridge. Wait until your out and had too much to drink and you stumble into your house, drink a whole bottle and stay up for 40 minutes because you do NOT want to wake up in a few hours with a full bladder. Not fun. Next morning, depending on how much you drove yourself into the ground, you'll feel MUCH better than you should have. It's not a miracle cure but you sure as hell will have one in your fridge for when you need it.

Great rehydration
Convenient and easy to carry and add to your water, i have given it to my sick dehydrated chihauhau who had diarhea and vomiting and it saved her life! The grape flavor is not made from grapes so its not toxic.

Used in place of more expensive bicycle hydration products
Used this on 1200-mile single-stage bicycle race around Denmark. Liked the taste and was effective for keeping me hydrated. Comparable or superior to more expensive athetic products. Also used in Florida during training rides in 90+ degree heat and had similar positive experiences.

Move over Gatorade, this is the BEST
I get migraines from working too hard in the garden. Gatorade has been my go-to for rehydration, but it's not always enough. I switched to Pedialyte for those days when I work up a serious sweat. It works! It does leave kind of an odd aftertaste, but it's not unpleasant, so no stars off for that. The packets are very convenient, and there are several in my first-aid kit as well as in the emergency supply bucket. Highly recommended.
