Amazon Grocery, Deluxe Mixed Nuts, Roasted & Salted, 44 Oz (Previously Happy Belly, Packaging May Vary)

These are actually very good nuts! I buy a lot of mixed nuts, many brands, and I am surprised to say that this brand is among the best. The nuts are very fresh and crunchy, and you can taste the distinct flavor of each type of nut (they don’t all taste the same). Salt is just enough — not too salty, just enough to add and enhance flavor. I understand how difficult it must be for automated packing machines to distribute an exact mix of nuts in each and every bag. But the bag I received was a perfect mix of nuts. I did expect and get more cashews and almonds than pecans, hazelnuts, and Brazil nuts, but the mix was better than I have gotten in more expensive name brands. There were actually more whole pecans than I have ever received in other brands; something I was glad to see as pecans are a fav. In my bag, breakout was approximately 10% hazelnuts, 15% Brazil nuts, 20% pecans, 25% cashews, and 30% almonds. AND, since I chose to subscribe, I only paid about $15 for a full 44oz bag! I am happy all the way around and highly recommend!!

Fresh, high quality nuts for a great price. I was skeptical because of the price, but these are great. The brazil nuts and almonds are undersized, but actually I like them even better when they're smaller. Strangely, the bag has more whole cashews (good sized ones) than anything else - I love cashews and they tend to be expensive, so that works well for me. I'd say there are less brazil nuts, pecans, and filberts/hazelnuts than almonds/cashews, but still a great mix and quality for the price.

Good for the price. Majority is almonds. What is concerning to me is the plentiful brazil nuts which can be toxic if more than two are eaten per day due to the high selenium content.

On par with Costco’s mixed nuts. Lightly salty with a very fine salt. Would like more Brazilian nuts, but definitely worth trying.

Great nuts, great deal. But it pays to watch and compare prices, because a lot of great deals don't last.

I use a lot of Amazon-branded grocery items and I am generally pleased with their products overall. Unfortunately, these mixed nuts just don’t quite meet the quality standard that is typical of their other grocery items. For me, the issue is with the variety of nuts in the mix. The blend of nuts is probably 50% almonds, 30% Brazil nuts, 10% cashews, 7% hazelnuts, and 3% pecans. I would have expected a little more even variety. I guess, on the other hand, if you really like almonds and Brazil nuts, you’re all set. The actual quality of the nuts themselves is good; they’re crunchy and fresh. Perhaps a bit over-salted for my tastes, but I’m used to eating lower-sodium foods. I would say the nuts are about as salty as any other brand of mixed nuts. Because I was so surprised by the amount of almonds and Brazil nuts, the crazy side of my brain decided I needed to sort the nuts out just so you could see how lopsided the variety is; picture included with review.

44 oz. mixed nuts. Lots of Brazil nuts and Filberts which are my favorites. Not many Pecans though but lots of Almonds and Cashews.

Nuts are good, great value.
