There are only three ingredients listed. Where is the complete list?

Ingredients are on the back of each packet. That being said it should be listed on Amazon because the worst part is the 500 mg sodium chloride per packet. If you were to drink four packets a day that is the max salt intake for an adult. This is dangerous and my opinion as a nurse, it can cause problems like hypernatremia. There are other sports drinks that are similar with packets such as this that have less than 80 mg of salt. I don’t know why they put so much in theirs.

Can this be given to a 7 yr old?

Definitely has lots of sugar.it’s Gatorade with vitamins so be careful not to over do it with kids. It’s supposed to be more efficient than pedyalyte.

Do you have the nutrition facts, especially the sugar content per serving?

Check the food label on the big bag listing the nutrients. 24 servings per container, serving size 1 packet, total carbs 11g, dietary fiber 0g, total sugars 11g, includes 11g added sugars. check sugars against gatorade or powerade, big difference. lliquid iv better.
