Is there pure 100% caffeine in this product?

This is absolutely NOT 100% caffeine. It is cut with rice flour. As another answer states: the math doesn't add up. This capsule is only 44% caffeine by mass/weight. Math aside, I can taste the rice powder because I dump my caffeine pills into a water bottle to drink the caffeine in solution. It also turns the water cloudy white, which doesn't happen with pure caffeine. The "Gods Speed" caffeine pills I used to get on Amazon are 100% caffeine, and the capsules are about 1/2 the size, which supports the "only 44% caffeine" conclusion.

Ok I tried it. I tasted nothing at all. Suprisingly. So I would say you're good to go. I bought the 5150 liquid caffeine to try to make my own 5 hour energy. Epic fail.

are the tablets scored so they can be broken in half?

This comes in a soft capsules. No easy way to cut them in half.
