Great Product!
Worked well to join carpet with vinyl tile which was installed over cement. Measured and cut the two pieces with a hacksaw. (Easy!) First, I spread a thin film of DAP Floor Adhesive onto the concrete and waited ten minutes until tacky. Then I peeled the backing off of the "snap track" and waited ten more minutes. Finally, I snapped the connector onto the track. Easy job! The light brown aluminum piece is very sturdy and looks great.

Slim design. Nice looking. Lightweight.
Very simple installation. Stays in place very well with just the adhesive. Looks like part of original door sill. Somewhat thinner than expected. Using for a power chair to go over the doorsill. It works but does give a little with the weight of chair and passenger. Also use where I bring in cart with bottles of water about 100 pounds on cart and no issue. Would be nice it it were wider with less slope. may have to go with rubber sill ramp for the power chair.

Great Value
Got this M-D product to replace an LVP-type transition strip that was poorly installed by the guy who installed new carpet on our stairs. The LVP strip, while nice because it matched the LVP floor, was also not ideal because it was on the thick side, making for more of a trip hazard, and also because it wasn't very wide, so it didn't adequately cover the gap between the LVP plank and carpet. I decided to replace the transition strip myself, and the M-D strip is a major improvement.Pros:- Great value. It's inexpensive, but high quality.- Installs flatter than the rounded, thicker LVP-type transition strip, so less of a trip hazard.- Is wider, therefore more forgiving when there is a larger gap between flooring surfaces.- Is easy to cut to length with a standard hack saw.- The 3M strip is very sticky. However, just for added security, I ran a bead of Liquid Nails down each side of the bottom strip.- Looks great.Cons:- None.

Attach track first!
Great product! Love the ease of installation! One thing I would recommend is to attach the track prior to removing adhesive and then install as a whole unit. Also love ❤️ the look of the install as no screws showing & no screw holes to clean. I installed it myself (67 yr old woman) in less than 30 minutes, that includes cutting it to size.

Added my own nails just in case
Quick, easy, but I did use my own nails to hold the plastic strip in location, as my application was in a high traffic area. The adhesive was great while I nailed it into place.See phone for results. Bought two due to length needed to cover. Butted up very well. The photo was taken very close. My application was wood effect linoleum to carpet with underlay. Previous install was a metal strip, but our dog found out how to get the carpet out. Using this excellent product was half of the fix. The other half is training the dog.Would by again.

Exactly what you expect
This threshold is exactly what I needed. I used it to transition from wood floor to tile. It bridges the gap nicely

Frustrating
I've installed several floors and several moldings to blend floor heights, including those made by laminate flooring manufacturers similar to this product. I followed the instructions, but never managed to get it to snap together. I ended up pulling the adhesive strip and installing a nail down metal molding. Even off the floor I couldn't get it to snap together.

Just what I had been needing!
This was exactly what I needed for a hard to handle area in the basement. Needed to transition between linoleum and carpet, this was perfect for the job. Easy to use, a little difficult to get aligned to snap into place, but overall takes about 15 minutes to complete which includes the time they suggest for the adhesive to be on the floor itself. Buy with confidence.
