Worked very well for cleaning aluminum round stock on my lathe.

Works for polishing and cleaning up stainless - after cleanup - on to buffing

It is 3M so expect it to be above average quality.

Different colors are different grits. I don't know why the ad has a different name attached to it, packaged in a 3M labled box and the pads are labeled 3M just like in the pictures

This is the perfect scuffing grade to repaint car panels. I use it with 3M Scuff-it which acts as an additional scuffing liquid as well as a wax and grease remover. Personally I use distilled water as my cleaning after scuffing with a clean Terry towel, this way there are no contaminants in the water and finish up with compressed air and a tack rag. This is a great deal on a lot of pads.

The description says 60 pads. When I received them I only got 1 box of 20. Unfortunately my mechanic dug into them immediately so I couldn't return. Sure would like to get my other 40 pads...

Husband uses these to polish stainless steel on his motorcycle. Works great.

Work perfect for sanding in between coats of finish.

I’ve recently gotten into collecting medieval armour I looked up online how to remove rust and one guy with a big follow said to use this in his video so I bought this and followed what he did and yet all it’s managed to do is scratch my once shiny helmet up so I’ve messed up a £50 helmet and spent 30 something on this I’m so disappointed
