One of the most well designed and useful items I have ever found. I live in an older house. I was searching for an outlet tap extender to improve and streamline appliance usage in the kitchen. I have an odd outlet that has two plugs and a light switch that blocks installation of all other tap extenders that I have researched. This tap is a perfect fit and converts two very old/loose plugs into 9 very snug plugs with usb options and surge protection. The anchor screw perfectly aligns with the anchor hole in the original outlet. Makes this tap extender so much more sturdy and easier to use. Very solidly made and simple to install and looks good, too.

Does not fit flat against the wall/outlet. Comes with a screw to hold it in place but the screw cannot be used with a rectangular decora style wall outlet. The usb charging is great and eliminates the need for separate chargers.

I love this product.

I've had this for just over a year and it finally gave out. Until then it worked well, was sturdy, easy to install, looks nice, USB was fine, etc. But because it was installed in the kitchen with several heavy duty appliances plugged into it, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, coffeemaker, etc., over time it probably couldn't handle the load and finally died, with melted plastic and burn marks inside and out.Note that we almost always used only one or two appliances at the same time. If we ever tried to use a third, the 20A circuit breaker would shut the whole circuit off. But even using one or two heavy duty appliances eventually fried this thing.I opened it up and saw that while there appears to be some sort of surge protection for the 2 USB ports, there was none for any of the 9 120V AC outlets, just wires connecting the plug to each outlet rail. Any surge "protection" it offered for those was basically the wires overheating and burning out where they're soldered to the plug or rails.I don't know what the electrical code here dictates but this seems unsafe to me. I'm not saying don't buy this as I'm guessing that most cheap outlet extenders and strips are like this. Just make sure to not overload it and you should be fine. If you need to draw more power, spend more on a heavy duty outlet extender.

Very well made product.It has a very classy look to it, which I adore.A lot of slots to plug in all your needs.Comes with a screw to be able to attach to wall so it doesn’t fall out if you have little ones.

Basic and nice came looking used though

I was looking for the outlet splitter/expander but it was hard to find a size/shape that would fit. I took a chance and ordered this one hoping it would work and it did. Fit perfectly. Also it is well made, nice strong casing, and it has USB (not something I needed but why not, may become useful at some point). Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.
