They replaced the dispenser. does n way.
They replaced the dispenser right away. I am satisfied with the foundation. The dispenser did not work after pumping it. I had gotten only a minuscule pinpoint size drop out of it after pumping it and opening it for the first time. Then I tapped the bottle on the table and it finally came out after pumping. But, I have apparently broken the top that used to close the bottle after turning. It was such a clever top, but now does not close all the way. I must have pumped it too hard in frustration. I would never buy again. DO NOT BUY THIS until they fix the dispenser. They replaced the dispenser and it works.

Didn’t send product in the new bottle advertised (twice).
I’ve been using this foundation for years and was one of BaeBlu’s 1st customers. It’s wonderful but they changed the bottle and I don’t like it. Then they made an improvement and changed it again which is great. However, This is the second time I’ve retuned this exact item (unopened) recently because a new bottle is being advertised now but the old one was sent. I didn’t like the old bottle because I can’t open it to mix two shades together, which is what I need for a color match. I would give it a third try if I thought the new bottle they have advertised in the current photo would actually be sent. 😞

Wonderful foundation, bad packaging
I LOVE this foundation. It has great coverage and is just beautiful. However, the packaging is not great. The pump doesn't work for me so I had to take apart the packaging to access the product. It would be so much better in a simple glass bottle with a screw top!

So disappointed in new designed bottle
Wife here making this post….Best foundation I have ever used! Beautiful coverage. Now several of my friend us and love the product….BUT, WHY did you have to go and change the bottle design?? HAte the new bottle. Cap was broken when I received the last reorder and I just don’t like the shape and cheap look of the bottle and dispenser. Sorry
