Its not rigid enough to keep a static length , the length slacks off after couple of intense movements (which is a double edge sword feature , one hand it doesn't suffocate you and the other hand it is not tight an secure that you feel confident with doing sprints . The chest pack is good enough for key essentials from my S10+ phone , emergency cash , id card compartment , ear pods case , a mini powerbank with a small cable. The back side compartment with a reflector layer is small enough to house a mini water bottle a size of less than 200ml unfortunately.
