If you want to clean your window air conditioner without taking it out of the window this stuff is great. It doesn't need to be rinsed off of the evaporator coils (the ones on the inside), so you can just spray it on and then turn on the air conditioner when it's finished. It shoots a very tight spray to get in between the coils and then foams up. It has a nice citrus smell and it will take away musty odors coming from your a/c. It will also work on the condenser (outdoor) coils but it has to be rinsed off with water. Do this once or twice a year to keep your air conditioner clean and smelling fresh.

Best stuff ever for cleaning your outside HVAC System. I should have bought 2 cans but still completed the job. At 65 I still have it in me to do this myself. There was sooo much dirt inside and outside of the system I didn’t think this would do the job. I haven’t cleaned it since the townhouse was built almost 5 years ago. From all the construction back then it made a mess everywhere. Now I know it will run more efficiently for me. Best stuff to buy, It really did the job!! Beats paying a Company charging 2 Arms and 2 Legs to do this! 😂 Keeping my $$$ in my pocket!

I've been using this product on my Mom's indoor HVAC unit that has been badly neglected for many years. There is literally a compacted dirt cake around the coils underneath the fins. Standard foam spray does little to help, but makes the exterior "look" clean. This spray is more heavy duty and precise. With delayed foaming action, it allows the foam to reach the deeply embedded dirt. Still, on a system that hasn't been cleaned in a severely long time, even the best products struggle. I've used all three cans, and every time more dirt flakes work themselves out of the fins. The problem is that any remaining dirt migrates over time, gets stuck again in a different area, and causes dripping of water that falls onto the filter itself. I'm planning on buying another set of this brand. My best advice for a badly fouled indoor coil is to spray from both sides of the fins, top side and bottom side, use a soft paint brush the gently brush out the dirt flakes, use a properly sized fin comb to reach into hard to reach corner spots and smooth out any damaged fins, follow with a light rinse using a spray bottle, distilled water is preferable but not absolutely necessary. If I do buy another set of cans, I will update my review and let everyone know the results. This product is so far the best one I've used, is easy to use, and probably highly effective for an average dirty HVAC coil. For a compacted dirt cake like mine, be prepared to be persistent, multiple cleanings will be necessary to break all that dirt free.

Yes you will need all three cans to do an outdoor unit. Seems to work well and the rinse off didn’t kill the plants surrounding the outdoor unit. Taking all the panels off the unit to get to the coils was the real challenge. Spray came out the can easily and foamed. It did remove easily with water and had no really harsh smell.

I bought the 3 pack, I saw a lot of videos, pros and cons, I pulled the trigger and bought it! it worked! all of the dirt grim came off like better, I do recommend this product! the smell is clean, not even strong scents that lingers. It foams up really thick and full. I totally recommend this product!

Watched a few videos before making this purchase. The day of cleaning, I removed the top of the ac unit along with the side covers. Lightly vacuumed the coils and bottom and then sprayed the inner and outer coils with the cleaner. It didn't seem to spray out and foam as much as what I watched in the videos but it did appear to work at getting the grime to the surface. Afterwards (15 min), I hosed off the coils several times and they looked pretty clean. Overall I'm satisfied with this product, the citrus scent was not overwhelming and I went through 3 full cans to do my 3 1/2 ton condenser.

Worked well followed the instructions for once and it did what it said it was going to do dissolve the dirt and then I just sprayed it off.

I got this trio as a few years back I did not know the grid in an AC needs regular cleaning and I had to ditch an insanely good powerhorse AC cause of that ignorance. Since then EVERY YEAR I spray my whynter 14,000 BTUs with these sprays. I also do the split unit. So glad I found this spray. My Whynter has been going strong for the last 7 years. Cleaning my ACs has become a right of passage every year. It pays off in extreme heat alters when my place is a frgid 18C while outside there is a humidex og 45C. Cannot praise this product enough! I wish they would come in spray bottles instead. Not for some environmental reason but to get every ml of it intead of a useless at the end aerosol spray cans. Product deserves a 85% score. Still room for improvement!
