Q: is this blush for every skin color?

Thanks for your question! All of our shades are entirely based on ones present hair color. This shade is perfect for someone with dark brown, black or salt & pepper hair. It's also beautiful with ash (white) blonde or gray hair.

Here's a list of the ingredients: Mica, Zinc Stearate, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Dimethicone, Dimethiconol, Bismuth Oxychloride, Zinc Oxide, Phenoxyethanol, Silica, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Retinyl Palmitate, Aloe Barbadensis Extract. May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI77891), Iron Oxides (CI77491, CI77492, CI77499) Red 7 Lake (CI15850), D&C Red 34 (CI12085), D&C Red 36 (CI12085), Ultramarines (CI77013).

Q: What's the best color for a dark skin black woman?

Jill's line is based on hair color more than skin tone. Deep Rose looks great on me as someone who was a dark brunette and is now salt and pepper. I would suggest you look at her website and look at the colors associated with your hair color. If you have dark or black hair - this should look good on you in my opinion.
